Haría falta una renovación de baños y camas. Tuvimos un percance de madrugada, ya que empezó a sonar la alarma de incendio y no sabíamos que estaba pasando. Nos levantó y nos dijeron que no pasaba nada pero estuvo un rato sonando.

Terrible never again

Our second room was ok

Cons:

Our first room was boxy the bathroom basin span around the tap kept twisting, the pipe for waste water came away from the wall flooding the bathroom nothing was done after reporting it had to clean it ourselves. Then later than night water poured through the ceiling flooding the bathroom had I not got up to use the bathroom and seen it, our whole room would have been flooded ruining stuff we had on the floor.
I rang reception and got a man who only spoke Spanish after going down this is at 1.30 am, I spoke to someone on phone got no joy the Spanish man came up chucked a load of towels on the floor and left. Leaving us too it.
The following day we went out came back to find nothing had been sorted towels still on floor with yet more water pouring through the ceiling. I had to get my sister in law to come to the hotel to sort it out as she speaks Spanish.
No report had been put in to house keeping or anyone else.
After my sister in law spoke to a lady at reception they eventually moved us to another room. I truely believe if she had not come up we would have been left with the mess and stuck in that room. As nobody listened to us.
Surely we were not the only English people there so someone who speaks English would be a help

Petit déjeuner avec un buffet complet et varié. Nous avons apprécié la localisation.
