Had a pleasant stay, and it turned out to be better than expected. Thank you.
Pros:

Close to the central station, which connects everywhere. The beds were comfortable and great, bathroom was sparkling clean. Towel and soaps were sufficient. The room was more than I expected it to be, and had a pretty good stay on a budget. Even though there was construction nearby, I hardly heard it from the room, which was good!

Cons:

Nothing in particular. All was well :)

Egy éjszakát kibírtunk.

Drága parkolás.
Érkezéskor az egyik szobában a légkondicionáló nem volt bekapcsolva. Bekapcsolás után fél órával tapasztaltuk, hogy nem is működik. Jelezve a személyzet felé, közölték, hogy nem tudnak másik szobát adni mert az ágyat már használtuk, és nincs takarító személyzet már a hotelben(leültünk a szélére, más ülő alkalmatosság egyébként nem volt). Szívesen húztunk volna egy ágyneműt, új szobáért, ha már a recepciósnak ez a komfortzónáján kívül esik.

Vienna Rainers 2026
Pros:

Já sabíamos que a localização não era a mais central, mas estava próximo dos transportes e em 20 minutos ou pouco mais chegava-se onde se queria.
O chuveiro estava com uma fuga. De manhã falei na receção e quando voltamos à tarde, já estava resolvido. Muito bom.
O pequeno almoço era bastante variado, embora fosse quase sempre a mesma coisa todos os dias.
No quarto havia chaleira, chás e cafés, e tv.
No último dia guardaram as malas depois do check out, o que também é um ótimo serviço.
De um modo geral, foi uma boa estadia e ficamos satisfeitos.
Apenas pequenos detalhes a corrigir.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostamos foi da limpeza, que deixava bastante a desejar. Debaixo das camas havia camadas de pó de semanas, e na banheira, deixamos alguns cabelos, poucos, de propósito para avaliar a limpeza, e os cabelos lá continuaram.
O resto, são apenas opiniões pessoais, que não justificam uma avaliação negativa.
O pequeno almoço, embora tivesse variedade, era sempre a mesma coisa. Não havia mudanças quase nenhumas de dia para dia. Seria interessante se substituíssem os produtos para que quem fica vários dias não se farte de comer o mesmo.
As almofadas dos quartos eram mesmo muito muito moles. Não estamos habituados e foi estranho, mas sobrevive-se.

Ideiglenes probléma: az építkezés a szomszédban kissé megterhelő látvány és zaj, reméljük, minél előbb vége lesz...
