very impolite and mean staff, during the few interactions i had with them they were impatient and used a rude tone.
the rooms are fine and clean, they got all the essentials and the food is yummy.

The only good thing about this hotel is that our group were only put there 1 night!

Far from tourist attractions, rude staff, filthy room (use slippers or your feet will be black), Ethnic neighbourhood with poor food choices .

Our tour operator has received a complaint from all 24 people on our tour.

Clean room, close to a train station, really good breakfast, hotel itself was excellent. The area around the hotel has limited variety for dining options (not in a tourist area). Good value the price.

写真見るとバスタブ付きもあるようでしたが、シャワーのみで、事前にリクエストすればよかったかもです。駅からは近いものの、トラム停車駅は地下になっており、面する通りには出口が異なるという、わかりづらい構造で地上に出ても少々歩きます。また信号無視の車もいるため、要注意。部屋の設備は冷蔵庫やポット、コーヒーなど問題ありませんが、朝食は＋4000円程度追加になるようで今回はやめました。

근처 대중교통잘되어 있고 마트, 음식점도 있어 편리했습니다. 체크아웃 12시라 오전에 관광지하나 다녀와서 쉬었다가 체크아웃 했어요.
욕실 온수잘나오고 욕조도 있어 편했습니다^^

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was superb value for money.
About 10 mins on tram to get to main attractions.
Neighbourhood has nothing of note in it.

Not the greatest hotel in Vienna. Helpful staff and complimentary breakfast a plus. Poor location for tourists, but could work for other purposes.

Oldish establishment with large rooms that had suspicious musky smell. Practical for one night stay.

The hotel has several advantages. The connection to the city is very easy, and from the third floor the sound from the street was not unpleasant.(With the windows open)
The room was clean, and the beds were truly excellent.

However, during my 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only once.
Room cleaning is scheduled between 3:00 and 5:00 PM, but we would return to the room for a short break between 1:30 and 3:30 PM. While we were in the room, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door, but afterwards no one came back to clean the room or change the towels.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful, but the ladies working at the bar had poor English skills and showed no willingness to assist.

Biraz yıpranmış bir otel. 4 yıldızdan ziyade 3 yıldız oteli. Ama fiyat performans olarak makul.

Hotellet såg inte mycket ut för världen på utsidan men på insidan var det fantastiskt. Uppskattar mycket att det fanns en liten kyl på rummet. Allt annat var även mycket bra: rent och mycket bekvämt! Bra avstånd till mycket i staden!

Family room, it is big, comfortable. We all like it. The room has air-conditioner, perfect for hot weather.

Everything was great. About an hour and a bit of a walk from the city centre. Definitely reccomend

It was very clean and the location was very good for travellers. The room with bad had a good size for us.

Was clean, excellent breakfast, working AC and close the train.

Convenient and very close to all attractions area.
