Worn floor boards, drafty

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Box springs were stained. Sheets and mattress covers and mattresses had bits of plant/dirt specks debris here and there (we think that’s what it was).
Found hair under folded towels on shelf.
Paint on walls chipped.

As a family staying here was very bad. I don't think I have enough room to write everything wrong with our stay. I never write reviews and this one I feel deserves one. To start, within 20 minutes of being here we killed 20 ants in our room along with a couple other bugs such as beetles. The beds feel as though their from the 60's feeling every coil on your back. The beds are also super loud as they are broken down so anytime someone moves in their sleep it wakes you up. There's not even a coffee maker in the room. We had 4 people 2 adults 2 kids and only had 3 towels. There's absolutely no food not even a continental breakfast offered. There's no pool it's full of broken materials such as beds,toilets etc. We had bugs crawling all over us and our things all night, mainly ants though. I am an avid outdoorsman and I was even sick of the bugs. That takes alot. Not kid friendly!!!! Our neighbors t.v. didn't even work. Do jot stay here. I highly do not recommend this place. We almost just slept in our car in the parking lot. Not worth 20 dollars a night!!!!!

The pillows are really flat and uncomfortable. The blankets were pretty thin.

This hotel was one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. For $140 a night I expected so much more. The lady I spoke to on the phone before arriving barely spoke any English so i could not tell what she was trying to tell me. I don’t blame her for her English but she should not have been the one to be on the phone. Upon arriving we chose to have no room service during our stay because we had things of value in our room that we did not want messed with. After we left and came back a few hours later we had noticed that room service came in and cleaned anyway. There was also no tag availiable to put on the door to tell them to stay out. On top of that, room service was outside yelling across the parking lot at each other starting at like 8:00 in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous. There was no shampoo or conditioner available and when we requested some they said it was a dollar each. Upon going down to receive it i was met with two tiny packages of two in one shampoo that was barely even an ounce each. Not even three of them were enough to clean my hair. The shower had no plastic liner curtain so when you showered all the water just went through the fabric one and covered the bathroom floor in water. The full body towels were also no bigger than a large hand towel. The first thing we were greeted with when entering the room was that it was a smoking room even though I was never given the option to choose if I was ok staying in a smoking room, and not only that, there were cigarette burns in our blankets. And to top it all off, there was not a single tissue despite there being a tissue box. This is truly one of the least accommodating hotels I’ve ever stayed in and cannot believe I paid what I did.

The tiny soap and there was no emergency lotion. What if I didn't have one.

Had roaches in the room

There was poop on the cabinet in the bath room next to toilet
Floors were clean throughout

Shows pool on pics but no pool was available!
Kids were bummed out!!!!
And double rooms and pet rooms had no view

Room pretty worn and very noisy
