Very comfortable stay thanks to the staff and facilities.
Pros:

The staff on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift were great. There was an internet outage. They had a difficult time checking me in, but they came together as a team and made it happen! Needless to say, I was impressed.

Pros:

Horatio and Christian provided excellent customer service. The internet system went down right after shift change so they could not check me in. Horatio had left and went home but came back to assist in the crisis and provide a solution to get me checked in. Both employees were awesome.

Cozy and quiet moments
Pros:

At first I was skeptical when my partner booked there because am not a fan of motels.But after I got there, The room was clean. The best thing is there are no carpets in the room.The wooden tiles give that elegant touch and clean

The location was really the only redeeming factor of this stay

Cons:

This hotel was one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. For $140 a night I expected so much more. The lady I spoke to on the phone before arriving barely spoke any English so i could not tell what she was trying to tell me. I don’t blame her for her English but she should not have been the one to be on the phone. Upon arriving we chose to have no room service during our stay because we had things of value in our room that we did not want messed with. After we left and came back a few hours later we had noticed that room service came in and cleaned anyway. There was also no tag availiable to put on the door to tell them to stay out. On top of that, room service was outside yelling across the parking lot at each other starting at like 8:00 in the morning which is absolutely ridiculous. There was no shampoo or conditioner available and when we requested some they said it was a dollar each. Upon going down to receive it i was met with two tiny packages of two in one shampoo that was barely even an ounce each. Not even three of them were enough to clean my hair. The shower had no plastic liner curtain so when you showered all the water just went through the fabric one and covered the bathroom floor in water. The full body towels were also no bigger than a large hand towel. The first thing we were greeted with when entering the room was that it was a smoking room even though I was never given the option to choose if I was ok staying in a smoking room, and not only that, there were cigarette burns in our blankets. And to top it all off, there was not a single tissue despite there being a tissue box. This is truly one of the least accommodating hotels I’ve ever stayed in and cannot believe I paid what I did.
