Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ate breakfast out after our first breakfast in the hotel.
Pros:

Well located, with short walk to historic old town, castle, Charles Bridge etc.
Trams run past the front door.
Friendly staff.
Bar area small but nice, and very comfy.

Cons:

Room temperature seemed impossible to fully control - either a bit on the hot side or a bit on the cold side (because we had to leave window open to let the heat out).
Breakfast a bit basic.

Great location. Comfortable and very clean.

The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy walk into the old town and gardens and the palace. Room very clean and comfortable with a fridge. Very quiet. All staff very friendly. Breakfast very good.

Definitely must stay place in Prague if on vacation.
Pros:

The hotel is located centrally from where you can reach to The old city centre or the palace and view points in 15 min walk. The hotel is close to the metro station which makes it more convenient. The property allowed the early check in and also provided the welcome drinks- which is really appreciable. The staff are very friendly, kind and professional. Everything is great about the place
