Wunderschön saniertes Hotel, architektonisch absolutes Highlight. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen unglaublich gut. Pool & Badehaus ein Traum. Unterkunft und Verpflegung sind preislich nicht ohne - eine Investition die man sich gönnen kann. Absolutes Highlight: Diogenes-Bücherregal im Badehaus.

Ansonsten bleibt nur zu sagen: Wir kommen sehr gerne ganz bald wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben drei wundervolle Nächte im Hotel Hirschen verbracht – und wären am liebsten noch geblieben! Bereits die unkomplizierte Anreise inklusive Vorab-Check-in und die liebevolle Begrüßung haben uns begeistert.

Das gesamte Hotel mit seinen Nebengebäuden ist einfach wunderschön gestaltet: stilvoll, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders schön fanden wir die Kombination aus bewahrtem Charme und modernem, geschmackvollem Design.

Das Frühstück lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und der herzliche Service aller Mitarbeiter sowieso nicht. Außerdem haben wir zweimal im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen – wow! Wir waren jedes Mal begeistert.

Cons:

Wenn man überhaupt etwas verbessern möchte, dann wirklich nur zwei Kleinigkeiten mit großer Wirkung: kostenloses Wasser täglich auf dem Zimmer und kostenloser Kaffee aus den Automaten. Die 2 Euro tun zwar nicht weh, aber irgendwie kennt man diesen kleinen Extra-Service inzwischen von vielen renommierten Hotels – besonders, wenn man sich den Kaffee selbst holt.

Das Frühstück war äußerst gut. Das Konzept kleinere Teller der Speisen zu bestellen, die man wirklich essen möchte, finden wir klasse. So wird auch weniger Essen verschwendet.

Cons:

Teilweise gar es Probleme mit der Abrechnung (falsche Preise für à la Carte Essen) - das war nicht ideal, wurde aber nach Hinweis sofort behoben. Mit Kindern ist es recht schwer das Spa zu benutzen, da durch die offenen Ruheräume ein Aufenthalt dort eigentlich nicht möglich ist. In der Bademantel-Bar kann man sich jedoch auch mit Kindern aufhalten.

Wieder sehr schön, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Supertolles Essen, gute Kunst, sehr freundliche Menschen! Das alte Haus hat für uns mehr Charme als alle Hotels, die wir sonst so kennen. Es ist wirklich gut gestaltet. Schön auch etwa, dass das Frühstück serviert wird – und kein überladenes Buffett einen mästet. So ist es viel besser! Wunderbare Anwendung (Massage)!!!

Cons:

Unser Doppel-Studio unterm Dach war nicht so schön wie die Zimmer bisher, fanden wir – etwas seelenlos-normal. Die Dachfenster zu öffnen, war für uns schwierig. Dass die Bar brandgeschädigt war, war ein bisschen traurig für uns, aber das war natürlich höhere Gewalt.
