Pros:

The staff was friendly and tried to address our concerns immediately. It was in close proximity to stores and restaurants.

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable for sleeping.

It's clean, room is good in size and the price is decent.
Pros:

It was clean, the staff was great for the most part, and the price was decent. Breakfast was good not great but decent for hotel breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. It was certainly clean and it was a great place to lay your head for a couple nights if you can get past the noise.

Cons:

there was a loud noise every night that kept us up all hours of the night. It did not stop until 2-3a.m. I don't know if it was another person staying and having some equipment or if was the facility itself. All I do know is that it was loud and kept us up. The pool was small and cold, not only was the room cold but the water was cold as well.

We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Good breakfast choices. No issues. In fact, the egg cups were particularly good!

Cons:

The building was great, but the parking lot was awkwardly narrow for cars to back out of the parking lot. We understand there aren’t many options to change this situation.

Overall not bad but could have been cheaper
Pros:

Great location, close to everything

Cons:

The air conditioner barely worked. The pillows were flat, when we asked for more we were told they were all out of extra pillows.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and the location was closer to all of the things we wanted to do. We will definitely be back to spend more time at the Fairfield Marriott in Wilmington N.C.

Overall, the stay was nice but I felt the price was too high.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection. I was told there was no maid service until I was there for 3 days-surprised me. Also, with no maid service I had to go to the front desk for towels. There weren't always towels in the swimming pool area and the water was cold. For a $150/room I expected better than I got (the above was lacking). Otherwise, it was nice. Pillows were way too soft. You need new pillows. The air conditioning was either too cold or I had to turn it off cause if I turned it a little warmer than 69 then the heat came on. I was trying for 72 at times and that brought on the heat, which was strange. I had trouble getting the right temp in the room.

Cons:

Please read the above. The room the swimming pool was in could have been warmer.
