Wonderful stay
Pros:

Super good location, nice staff and very clean. If coming back to Chicago definitely I am back to this hotel.
It is quite easy to explore the city walking from the hotel.

The whole stay was just ok+
Pros:

The room was comfortable although there was very little space in the bathroom for personal items. Why weren’t there any shelves under the sink? We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned. I guess I did not see a message about that.

Cons:

Breakfast!!!! A “good” breakfast turned out to be coffee, a piece of fruit, and a unsatisfying breakfast sandwich all which had pork in it. I would not call this a “good” breakfast. Bookings needs to change the wording. In addition there were 4 tables with 8 chairs. This is a multiple story building with many people staying. 8 chairs in a small area. They don’t really want to include breakfast. And they sent an email saying we would only be getting coffee and a fruit as breakfast. That was upsetting. This was definitely false advertising. $74 parking a day! Way too much and not an efficient service.

Clean, centrally located, with a very nice staff.
Pros:

Had a great experience at the Hotel Felix. The room was a bit small but I didn't care to spend much time there anyway as I was too busy exploring the city! Still very clean and well-kept. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. At one point I had leftovers from a restaurant and the crew was nice enough to set up a fridge in my room and even put my food in for me as I was out when they were installing it. Another time, a front desk worker gave me his Liquid IV since I had been out drinking. Very nice. Also was very centrally located. Would stay again!

Great place. Manager Marina was above expectations!
Pros:

Felix has a Great location in the river north part of Chicago. Very convenient with everything you need a block away - restaurants, cafes,pharmacy..
rooms are neat; comfortable bed.
They have a nice cafe/bar downstairs where you can always get free breakfast/latte/ or drink at night.
From desk manager Marina was amazing - really attentive, she found an upgraded room for me, and I got an early check out as a bonus.

Hotel Felix weekend getaway
Pros:

The night crew Daniel and I cannot remember the other employee were great and always so helpful. Although when calling the front desk in the afternoon looking for an iron there was no answer for over 10mins. We had to come down to request one. The lighting in the rooms needs a little more attention, but the room was cozy. Good location.

Hotel rooms are cramped, A/C is effective but loud, bathrooms have virtually no counter space. These “boutique” hotel spaces hold little appeal but the whole wedding family stayed there, so……

Pros:

L’emplacement est super pour faire du tourisme

Cons:

La chambre était plus petite que prévu et très mal éclairée. Il n’y a pas vraiment de rangement pour nos affaires à part deux petits tiroirs sous le lit et une petite tringle avec 3 cintres. La chambre est déjà étroite donc avec les valises au sol c’était encore plus compliqué.

It’s acceptable but the experience could be much better

Location is good and staff very friendly

Cons:

There is no breakfast and no mini fridge in rooms. No complimentary water bottles either. Water bottles in dispenser are extremely expensive.

Disappointed
Pros:

We picked this hotel as our first trip to Chicago due to the location and price. I would not recommend to anyone. Rooms are old, smelly, and not soundproof. Daytime morning staff is rude especially manager.
