Cons:

El sistema de limpieza. Hay que acordarse de decirles todos los días que limpien. Si no pedis no limpian. Es un hotel, uno no puede ocuparse como si fuera su casa. Mal.

Pros:

Great location, you can walk to most places including a few beaches. The room is comfortable but a bit small. Complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning is a nice touch.

Cons:

My room was very dark, almost no natural light coming in. No fridge in the room, which was a bit of an issue for me as I had medicine that had to be kept cold.

Water and ice machines are on different floors, so you have to go around the hotel quite a bit.

Clean, centrally located and budget-friendly
Pros:

Room (double) was quiet and comfortable - small but fine for a short stay. Area has plenty of amenities (bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.) and good transport links. Reception provided a friendly welcome and helped with any questions I had. I would happily stay there again.

Cons:

No fridge in room - not a deal breaker but would have been nice.

Excellent location and value
Pros:

Room was small but neat and tidy. The location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Chicago, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Chicago.
