Hotel moderno, pulito e molto carino. posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutte le attrazioni in città.

Cons:

Camere un po piccole e le pulizie non vengono fatte in camera tutti i giorni. Siamo stati quattro notti e non ci hanno mai rifatto la camera … nella colazione compresa e’ previsto solo caffè e frutta.

not quite worth the cost, but still a good home base in river north.
Pros:

location was wonderful, staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and personable.

Cons:

the room was cramped, and the fixtures and furnishings were simply not high quality enough for the price. it did not feel four star.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the mattress and bed size were okay.

Cons:

The shower area needs improvement because, after finishing a shower, the floor in the dry area was completely wet. The air conditioner was making a bit of noise.
