Cons:

$4000 AUD for 5 nights is crazy. but it was for the marathon. So it is probably the same in every city. but still a lot of money for what you get, which is a very small room.

Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the city centre, public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The beds were large and comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit small and the lighting could be improved. Although there was no fridge initially, the staff promptly provided one upon request.
