Great stay and great location
Honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The place definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. The fut
Staff were friendly. The room was gross. Not as clean as I would expect. The room did not have a coffee machine or tea kettle. The room has a steamer instead of an iron. Was not impressed at all. Great location but subpar hotel. When we arrived, our rooms weren’t available which was understandable. Finally able to check-in at 3pm but when we headed up to our room we had to wait until they did a final check of the room. It wasn’t bad but it definitely was not great.
We didn't use the bar or the work out facilities.
Great place to stay. Use Spot Hero for parking as valet parking is sooo expensive. Good bus routes and metro to the city. The guy on reception when we arrived was brilliant. Very helpful and pleasant. The fridge and safe were really useful. For breakfast we used the Wildberry and Pancake Cafe about 12 mins walk away. Excellent.
Hotel was nice. Good area in walking distance to a lot of fun places and stuff to do. Staff was very nice.
Only negative they charge for water bottles….which I think is crazy. Hotels should at least give 1 or 2 complimentary waters…. It’s water we are traveling. I understand charging after that.
Also charged for checking in early. Just seemed like a lot of fees but overall was a good stay.
This hotel is listed as four stars, but it felt closer to three. The location is excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the room itself could use some attention. The shower curtain was made of cloth and torn, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned (there was hair from previous guests), and our window faced a brick wall, which made the space feel dark and closed in.
Overall, great location and friendly service, but the facilities don’t quite live up to a four-star rating.
Valet is through a separate company. They’re not friendly and the hotel staff was
good place to be
Great location honestly

We stayed at Hotel Felix from October 1 to October 4, and our experience was truly wonderful!
The location is perfect — close to the Magnificent Mile, the Riverwalk, and plenty of great restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
A special thanks to Marina at the front desk, who welcomed us so warmly and made our check-in smooth and pleasant. She also gave us great local recommendations that helped us enjoy the city even more.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations — a great place to stay in the heart of Chicago.
We’ll definitely come back again!
Hotel Felix was close by shopping & dining! Very clean hotel
Clean room, convenient location, courteous staff. The hotel seems understaffed though. Breakfast options are ok. Not the healthiest.
small rooms, clean. location is good. $10 upcharge per night for upper floors! $5 per bag for storage post checkout (will be waived, if you ask). Coffee & fresh fruit in the AM included w/ the $26 additional charge per night
Location is convenient to lots of destinations we were interested in and feels safe. Many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within 1 or 2 blocks. There’s plenty going on, but our room was very quiet. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff was eager to please and there was never a wait to be helped.
Spacious room - noisy plumbing.
Perfect location, in walking distance to Michigan Ave, Millennium Park, Navy Pier. Friendly staff, easy check in.
Great location and prompt service. Comfortable bed.
