very bad experience
Pros:

This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. Owing to serious family issues I have asked to change reservation dates and despite this was possible in the contract they haven't even replied to and took the entire amount. This is a shame. No words for this behaviour. Never happened to me. Never again this place.

Great start to holiday
Pros:

Great value hotel for a Santorini hotel.
Very clean, lovely rooms. On a busy road but you did not hear it.
Breakfast brought to your room everyday was a lovely treat and was plentiful and great selection.
Pool was great, sheltered but had plenty of sun.
Real bonus is the free minibus service to Thira as required. Taxis are quite pricey, so this service back and forth was great. Just WhatsApp to get collected.
Great communication pre holiday and all transfers arranged without issues.
Staff friendly but not overbearing and always available should you need help.

Location good for the price.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, ideal location for thira and ferry port.
A nice touch with a regular free shuttle service to thira and back.
Nice breakfast which was plentiful and served at your room.
Clean good standard, staff and owner are great and helpful in getting you to where you want to go, pool very nice and area.
Only two negatives there are no snacks at the bar but you can go to a supermarket 2 mins away. The hotel is on a main road and is very busy all day.

The staff is superb! Gave excellent recommendations from restaurants to activites, & helped organise a rental car for us, that was much cheaper than renting from.the airport.
Breakfast is delivered daily to your room & the variety is outstanding! They provide a free shuttle to Fira & Pyrgos too. Loved our stay! Thank you again Michael & Anastasia !!

The hotel and pool are beautiful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is not a lot to do close to the hotel and restaurants are very limited. It is very difficult to cross the street or to walk near the hotel. The shuttle is a nice option, but has very limited times. The staff were perfunctory; they were accommodating but not very friendly.

We loved the Nautilus Dome! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The views are indescribably spectacular. It was nice to have the pool and bar on site and we loved that the bar did not over charge. The breakfasts were amazing! Because our well appointed room did not have an exterior table, the staff offered to bring our breakfast to us at an outdoor table offering gorgeous views. The staff organized our rental car as well. We loved it here so much. The hotel is situated centrally with easy access to the island but away from the craziness of Oia or Fira. We will definitely be back!

Our family fell in love with the facilities within 5 minutes. But the best part was the staff! Every single one we met tried their best to make us enjoy our stay. Not only did they help with anything we asked for, they went out of their way to offer help that they thought we would enjoy! They were great!! But everything else was great too—-for example, the included breakfasts were so great that my adult children were actually amazed and photographing them. If I get back to Santorini, I have no desire to stay any place else!

The hotel is an excellent property , breakfast is great,The staff is very cooperative, especially the lady at the Reception is very helpful, my daughter was having cold, she immediately gave a box of paracetamol, and thermometer,though no fever she helped in the best way she could.
The property is right in front of sunset point at Fira,We will give full credit to Lena the Greece tour operator who selected this property.
But we fully condemn the SOTCThomas cook for not arranging a good itenary where we could visit OIA the tourist hot spot for sunset point, and other islands though we were ready for time and money, Sotc Thomas cook is the real villain for tourism countries, they spoilt our vacation in Europe, Greece and even Turkey.They are against tourism industry, as they don’t give enough time for tourists to visit a country

Pros:

I highly recommend this property. We had 2 rooms which were very spacious. The staff provided provided free shuttle service to and from the shopping and restaurant district in the Fira area. They also provided from breakfast in our rooms.
