Die Lage am See war perfekt, das Hotel verfügt über ein Spa mit Indoorschwimmhalle, 2 Saunen und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Golfplatz ⛳️ in der Nähe, sowie ausreichend Parkplätze...es befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und ein tolle Bar im Hotel. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder..

Great for a spa trip
Pros:

There was free parking and the staff was nice, especially in the restaurant. The room was very big room with complimentary water and tea. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the spa, especially the hot tub with a view of the lake - worth the money and I had it all to myself.

Cons:

You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and the pool is on a separate floor from the spa so they are not so easy to combine. There was no tray in the shower to put my shampoo and shower gel. The bed was a bit soft for me, but that is personal preference. The tub could have been a bit cleaner.

Poor sleep but good breakfast. Experience dependant on room selection.
Pros:

The property was in a good location and offered. good breakfast. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice. The spa was lovely but the steam room was not working and the sauna was tempxtteramental. The hydro spa pool was very enjoyable.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely noisey. There was a large gap under the door and they were anything but sound proof. As hotel hosting many parties at once, we were constantly woke by other guests. The beds were also not comfortable. The iron was dirty and needed replacing, which was handled quite quickly but attention to detail not there. I raised the issues with management and was due to receive a call back but they didn't get in touch. The hotel was full so there was nothing that could be done.

Pros:

It was the most wonderful few days, peaceful, warm and cosy with the most wonderful staff. The rooms are so spacious and bright and I will certainly be going back.

Cons:

The only drawback was the nearest town location, as seniors we love to wander about the shops in the late evening.

The breakfast was ok but for a foir star hotel it eas very self service. Not enough staff on. Toaster very poor food was ok but i thpught the whole exprtience was too kiotic the tea was cold having to race around trying to find thinhs that should be more easily available. We just felt it needed alot of refimment

I felt the food on the bar was good but patchy.
Selection on the menu was very
Poor and presentation left it dpwn alot.
Service on the second night was very poor.
Staff are very frendly and helpfull i just think the whole thing neefs alot of tefinement.
