Friendly, hospitalble and comfortable

Room was upgraded on arrival ( not at my request)
Staff lovely. Great atmosphere in the hotel. Good food in bar and breakfast very good.
Pool etc great.
Loved the hand soap, shower gel in the rooms.

Pros:

The hotel staff exceeded what you woukd expect for a 4 star hotel. Nothing was a problem and their service was excellent. There is lots to do and see in the area. Definitely worth visiting.

Pros:

Lovely staff - extremely helpful - from front desk to restaurant and leisure centre. House keeping were also excellent, sourcing decaffeinated tea bags for us.
Nice touch of free bottles of water in the room that could be refilled.
Excellent cleanliness
Free hotel activities like wine taking were excellent
Breakfast very good variety and freshness
Comfortable beds
Bay water park right next door, great for kids

Cons:

Some aspects of the room were a little tired, but very clean and perfect for a family stay
