Not a commonplace hotel
Pros:

Beautiful old stately building overlooking a lake with nice countryside walks. Decor is in an older style in keeping with the older building but with a modern bathroom and bedding. The additional modern spa and fitness centre is all glass with an amazing pool and facilities. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and we enjoyed our pub grub in the evening.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade in ein noch besseres Zimmer erhalten und die Aussicht war bombastisch. Freundliches Personal überall, leckeres Frühstück und bequemes Bett, riesiges Badezimmer.

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstück war zu wenig und völlig überfordert mit warmen Bestellungen. Ein einziger Koche der sowohl die warme Theke als auch Bestellungen hätte schaffen sollen, nicht möglich.
