Ask for extra blankets or u will get a cold they can't keep your room warm same w the jacuzzi at the pool everything was cold..... Breakfast was the bright spot

Relaxed and happy
Pros:

Cons:

4 pm check in. Far too late. We travel by Ferry overnight and reach the hotel at 12 noon so there should be early check ins available. We have stayed at the Hodson Bay 5 times now but still no “Welcome back” said to us. I should think there are many more returning guests like us .
