Very spacious and comfortable. Clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient!
There was some maintenance happening (balcony painting and window cleaning) that we weren't made aware of, but that's a net positive so, no big deal
We liked the place and cleanliness. The front desk staff were amazing. The massage with Chris shouldn't be missed!
There's no breakfast/room service or atleast a cafe/restaurant withjn the hotel. There's also no safety bar in the shower/tub.
Rooms were big and the bed was very comfy.
Some aspects felt a little dated such as the bathroom but still pleasant. Would have been nice to have a place to sit and enjoy a drink in the hotel
What a beautiful lodge style accommodation, the facility was beautiful, room was cozy, very easy walk into the town, staff were extremely helpful, the heated pool and spa made the stay extra special and free parking was epic.

What a find! Perfect place to use as a base for Canmore and Banff. Great sized one bed apartment, perfect facilities. Really useful to have a washer/drier too.
