Hemos disfrutado mucho este hotel. Destacaría las instalaciones tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes (piscinas y bbq).

Fabulous stay with every comfort and detail considered by a very attentive staff team.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us as a big family. We could cook for ourselves and the pool was a lovely addition.

Pros:

Uitstekende ligging in Canmore, op 20min rijden van Banff. Het appartement had alle voorzieningen, keuken met doorloop koffiezet (koffie aanwezig),wasmachine en droogkast. Zeer netjes. Er zijn BBQ's aanwezig op het domein om te gebruiken. Bij aankomst bleek onze airco niet te werken, de dag nadien werd het hersteld en kregen we een pakket met een fles wijn, bier, frisdrank als compensatie. Het uitzicht van onze kamer was niet weids, maar best ok. Terras met tafel en stoelen aan de kamer.

Cons:

De airco die initieel niet werkte, maar dit werd opgelost.
Wel wat geluid van de aircomachine buiten.

Nice hotel but expensive.
Pros:

We received an upgraded room which was very nice. Because of cost we only stayed one night. If hotel prices would have been more reasonable we might have stayed extra night.

Cons:

Hotel prices, no complimentary breakfast.
