The view, the room, the balcony, housekeeping, and bring able to do laundry. A shout out to Jennifer at the front desk., she was very helpful.
Pull out sofa not comfortable, the kitchen needed more cutlery and kitchenware. The deck flooring was in need of repair.

The room was spacious and staff (especially Ingrid at the front desk) were above and beyond friendly and helpful. We loved having two bedrooms for us and our baby and a kitchen and deck plus a fireplace.
Clearer communication about the option to pay for early check in would be nice. We assumed once we clicked yes we want early check in that it was secured but learned not so much when we arrived. Maybe it does say in the fine print but I do think it could be more obvious. However, the hotel worked super hard to accommodate us and get us in early (thanks again, Ingrid!)

It was clean, central to downtown Canmore, staff were friendly and helpful.
I’d have liked to have breakfast included, but that just a me preference. I’m not a morning person but having travelled with a small child, I had to be up early in search of a meal. Mind you, restaurants and shops are relatively close, just would’ve been nice in the lodge.

주차도 너무 편하고 매일 밴프 다운타운을 갈 정도로 거리도 멀지 않았습니다. 혹시 밴프 다운타운에서 멀어서 고민이신분들이라면 걱정 안하셔도 될듯합니다.
침대가 정말로 너무 편안하고 주방도 넓직하여 음식을 해먹기에도 너무 좋았습니다.
지금 장기 여행중이라 호텔 여러군데를 방문하고 있는데 블랙스톤이 압도적 1위에요!
다음에 밴프를 간다면 또 블랙스톤을 가고 싶어요
