Expertise and Kindness
Pros:

I had a personal situation and how it was handled by the staff at the Blackstone Lodge was amazing. GM, Corey returned my calls promptly and followed with emails. His staff member Jennifer picked up the ball and had my matter handled with expertise and kindness. It is rare in this day and time that staff goes above and beyond to help customers, but the staff at Blackstone are exceptional. I am looking forward to thanking them in person when I am able to get out there.

Excellent
Pros:

Great Room, spacious and all the amenities with the kitchenette. Great pool and hot tub, lovely facilities, excellent staff and hospitality. Great place!

Cons:

Gym was small and crowded when busy but still great little gym for workouts
Ice machine only on first floor

It was a very nice hotel. Good for making your own food.
Pros:

2 hot tubs. Very nice to have a heated swimming pool. Took some pressure off of the hot tubs.

Exceptional service!
Pros:

I consider Blackstone my Canmore sanctuary when I need a break from the city. Thalia has been exceptional to work with. All the staff is always so willing to make my stays wonderful.

Pros:

수영장이 온수여서 좋았다.
밤에 한 노천탕이 좋았다.
주차장에 있던 세차시설이 좋았다.^^

Cons:

시설이 좀 낙후되어서 그랬는지는 몰라도 층간소음이 컸다. 주차장과 연결된 엘리베이터도 우리의 방과는 너무 멀었다
. 화장대에 거울도없었고, 작은 테이블도 있었음 좋았을거 같다.

So far my best stay in Canmore , they give us upgreat for free . We got two bedroom suit .

Fantastic place to stay in Canmore!
Pros:

We had a very relaxing trip. Thanks to Thalia Lewis at the front desk and the two Jacob’s also at the front desk. They booked us a great room on short notice, and even booked me for a massage. My kids loved the swimming pool and my spouse snd I loved the hot tub. This is my third visit and I will definitely go back again. Thanks Thalia and crew for a great stay.
