The price does not include 10% service charge. According to Peruvian law, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at the time of Check-In at our Hotels.

Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 18 kg or less for an additional charge of USD 49 per night per dog.

Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per stay. Your pet can make use, on loan, of: a dog bed, a food plate and a mat.

According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Both documents must be submitted in order to qualify for the exemption from payment of sales tax. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated tax.

This tax applies in the case of rooms shared by guests who must pay sales tax and guests exempt from the payment of sales tax.

Foreign business travelers requesting a printed invoice will also be charged 18% sales tax regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The buffet breakfast is included for only 2 people.

When booking 5 rooms or more, we will charge 50% of the rooms, since different policies applies.

Tuve soroche y me suministraron oxigeno. Fueron muy amables.

Como sugerencia, quizás por qué no me sentía bien, cuando llegué la habitación estaba fría, la calefacción tarda un rato en dejarlo agradable.

Eine Nacht in Chivay
Pros:

Frühstück okay. Ohne diese kleine Hiwzung geht es nicht. Ab 18 Uhr wird es dort sehr frisch. Der Handtuchservice für die Heißen Quellen ist gut. Die Außenanalge ist schön.

Cons:

Das Bad hätte moderner sein können. Und wir sind ständig über den rutschigen Teppich gestolpert. Das war schon fast ein wenig gefährlich.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Gartenbungalows. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer um die Gäste bemüht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, auch das Abendessen im Restaurant sehr schmackhaft.
Erste Wahl für einen Zwischenstopp in Chivay!

They charged me twice, once from booking and another time directly in the property. Luckily, I checked my bank account and asked them to return payment done in the property. It was a bit of a hassle.

Ein süßes und schönes Hotel mit tollem Flair
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre in mitten einer kleinen verschlafenen Stadt. Mit Kaminen in der Lounge und im Restaurant, erschafft es eine sehr heimische Atmosphäre in der man sich nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch das Essen ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.
