Mathias served us tonight for dinner.
His recommendations were excellent and the service was perfect.
He also is fluent in English which helped us a lot.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a nice restaurant and a small cute bar.
The best part is the staff. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Our waiter was amazing! I own a restaurant in the US and this young gentlemen in the restaurant was great. Mathias took the time to learn about me and my family. He shared his own experiences and help me learn more about Peru. My wife had really bad altitude sickness and he helped get us some crackers to settle her stomach. Even the next day he took the time and remembered to ask about her. He really know the hospitality business and was a great help to me and my family.
Our room was absolutely lovely - little cabins with a big comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was the same as the other casa andina standards we’ve stayed at - decent with plenty of options Again, I suggest they provide a small bottle of water daily for guests instead of price gauging with bottles for purchase at an inflated price. The staff here was exceptionally friendly and kind. Worth noting is that the prices of meals in the restaurant were much higher than at other casa andina standards we’ve stayed at, and the options less appealing.
