Excellent service, a great location and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Excellent service and very attractive staff. Especially Mr.Piers, the assistant Supervisor, who was very professional and made the experience truly impressive.

Cons:

The bedroom floor is carpeted and felt quite damp, possibly due to the onsen bathtub in the bathroom and the wide opening between the bathroom and bedroom that allows moisture to spread

Good stay, bit outdated
Pros:

The room was good and had an amazing hot spring style hot tub in the bathroom. There was a big selection at breakfast. All the staff spoke good English

Cons:

The room size was a bit small and the furniture outdated for the price. I think the location is central, but it's in the middle of 2 metro stations, both about a 15 minute walk

This was my second stay here and would stay again but would prefer a medium firmness bed instead of

The bathroom was outstanding - great shower and bath.
Like the nice room style.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We found the bed too hard.
There was no mini bar for convenience and did not know what was available from room service because there was no room compendium.

Great stay with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Stayed at the San Want both at the start and end of our visit to Taiwan. The room was clean, comfortable, very spacious and a nice view. It was a short walk to the metro and shopping. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Kevin especially stands out for all his efforts to ensure we had a good stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable but nothing to rave about. Staff was very pleasant, polite and most helpful!!! Would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Pros:

何回か宿泊しているが、ホテルの大きさがちょうど良く、居心地が良い。
ホテルマンの応対が良い。
バスタブは大理石つくりでくつろげる。今回も、旺旺せんべいいただきました。

Cons:

収容人数の関係もあると思いますが、朝食会場の丸テーブルの配置が狭い。

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
