Pros:

It first starts with the hospitality. Staff was very welcoming and made sure check in was quick with no questions unanswered. Breakfast was pleasant and good. Overall beautiful atmosphere.

Pros:

狭い部屋でも30㎡程度の広さはあり、狭さを感じない。浴室はほかの高級ホテルにもない、独創的な構造で、特に浴槽は日本式で深く気持ち良い。トイレはウォシュレット完備。朝食のメニューは毎日変わるので、連泊していても飽きない。和洋中の料理が用意されているが、断然、中華料理が美味しい。注目すればラーメンも作ってくれる。宿泊者は朝食時に限らずレストランでコーヒーを無料で飲める。ホテルのフロントのスタッフはほとんど全員が日本語を話すので、日本人にとってはありがたい。公園側の部屋だと見晴らしが良い。ホテルのすぐ横の通りに各種の飲食店、バー、コンビニエンスストアなどが並んでおり、たいへん便利。ホテルから最寄りのコインランドリーまで徒歩4分。

Cons:

朝食を6時半ちょうどに食べに行くと、料理がまだ冷たいことがある。昼にレストランで洋食を食べると、味付けが中華風で、戸惑った。見た目は洋食
洋食が専門のシェフが作る味ではないと思う。

Schöner Blick in den Park, davor aber mehrspurige Straße
Sehr nettes Personal
Frühstücksbuffet insgesamt gut, mehrere Käse zur Auswahl, was in Taiwan nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon älter: Zimmer mit altem Teppich, sehr abgewohnt.
Der Frühstücksraum, insgesamt zu klein, wir mussten teils auf einen Tisch warten und anstehen.

Great, exceptional, a gist of what 5 star hotels should be like.
Pros:

I like that its location is not at a busy, tourist spot. Easy to get access around the famous places because they have someone to book taxis, car rentals, van services, etc.

The rooms were overall great. Spacious, complete amenities, comfortable bed, separate bath and onsen, vanity, and exceptionally clean.

The breakfast also has good selection and everything served was sumptuous.

The service was beyond exceptional. We’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels but San Want Residences are on a different level. Everything was made convenient for you. We had a problem with cancellation of rooms and rebooking it. They arranged it with no fee.

All of the staff are nice and warm, very helpful when it comes to booking us transportation and airport transfers.

玄関、ロビーの内装、調度品、美術品が良かった。
客室も天井が高く落ち着きのある調度品か良かった。
風呂、シャワーの水量も十分で温水の温度調節も円滑にできた。

Cons:

公園に面していて窓からの眺めは良いものの、MPTの駅からは少し距離を感じた。
