A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs per room will be admitted.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.
It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

The hotel & setting are superb however what sets it apart is the staff. Each & every one of them welcoming you with a genuine smile & willingness to assist every time you saw them. Special thanks to Mercedes in the restaurant & Rocky in the reception area.
Anyone coming to the Sacred Valley should treat themselves to a stay at the Casa Andina. They won’t be disappointed.

Room was good size BUT it is a climb up to the rooms which I did find exhausting. Shower was good. Found food disappointing. I had burger which was a bit tasteless unfortunately.
Big rooms and had a balcony with views. Good food and also a bar area for evening time. A great gym for working out and has water dispenser near by. Lovely stay as part of a Peru organised tour.

Tout était bien, peut être évoquer ici le prix des taxis un peu fort quand on passe par l’hôtel, la taille ridicule des pizzas au restaurant, ou l’activité Planétarium un peu chère pour ce que c’est. Mais franchement c’est pour être constructif, parce qu’on a adoré cet hôtel !!!
This is a unique hotel. The reception/bar/restaurant area is nice and food was good at breakfast and dinner. Lovely grounds and well laid out room blocks. Two reasons I have rated the hotel as 3/5. First, we were on the ground floor and discovered how poor the sound proofing is after we were rudely awakened by someone leaving the upstairs room at 4 am for a 5 o'clock check out. The cases were removed with a lot of noise to make it worse. Surely the hotel could ensure groups with the same timing are in the same area, though this would not help the underlying sound problems. Second, a cockerell woke us up every morning at 5am and this was also a real negative for experience such that our overall ability to sleep was limited across both nights..

Wonderful hotel located in the beautiful Sacred Valley! Room was very clean with balcony overlooking the immaculate grounds which included llamas/alpacas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet.

Hotel is located two (2) hours from Cuzco International airport.
Bonus of this hotel is it is much lower in altitude than Cuzco and beneficial to ensure better acclimatising to the altitude and close to Moray and Ollantaytambo Railway Station.
Hotel is surrounding by mountains, and all staff were helpful and spoke both languages.
Rooms were good size; free bottled water supplied however no lifts to second (2nd) level.
Nice breakfast with friendly staff.
Main restaurants expensive and reasonable number of other restaurants in vicinity.

This hotel, located in the beautiful Urubamba Valley, is an excellent base for your trip to Machu Picchu - the nearest railway station is in the nearby town of Ollantaytambo. The picturesque mountain views, colorful hotel grounds, nice, equipped log cabin-style rooms, and delicious meals in the hotel restaurant all contribute to a truly pleasant stay. I would especially like to thank the very friendly staff, particularly Ruben, Nicol, Daniela, and Richard, for their warm and good service. Highly recommended!
Beautiful scenery of mountains through window. Quite and peaceful environment.
Room is far from the front desk and restaurants, makes it a bit inconvenient. The power went off 3 times during the single night we stayed, and each lasted for quite some time. Since the location is isolated, dining in the restaurant onsite is the only option. However, the restaurant seems under-staffed, and the food is very overpriced considering the quality.
The hotel is very well located at Valle Sagrado and it is a good cost benefit.
The room was a little outdated, and the restaurant quite expensive. Breakfast is okay but not great.
