A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. Dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg are admitted with an additional cost of USD 49.00 per night per dog. Only two dogs per room will be admitted.

It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.
Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Nuestra experiencia en Casa Andina, en Urubamba, fue maravillosa. El hotel es hermoso, cómodo y muy acogedor. Todos los profesionales fueron extremadamente atentos, amables y serviciales, siempre preocupados por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial.
El baño con bañera fue uno de los grandes puntos destacados de nuestra experiencia. ¡Una maravilla para relajarse después de un día de paseos y excursiones!
Queremos hacer una mención especial a Henrique, que fue un encanto con nosotros, siempre muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Su atención realmente hizo la diferencia durante nuestra estancia.
Sin duda, recomendamos Casa Andina y esperamos volver en una próxima visita a Perú.
Esta en un sitio precioso, el restaurante es muy bueno y tiene actividades gratuitas. El personal muy atento.

El hotel está en un sitio espectacular en medio del Valle. El hotel organiza actividades muy originales y especiales. Recomiendo especialmente la lectura de hojas de coca con el chamán Fredi y la visita al planetario para ver estrellas en la noche del Valle Sagrado.

Todo el ambiente en general.La atención del chef que hace las mini pizzas con los niños, súper amable y empático.La atención de la srta.Geraldine del restaurante,muy atenta y amable.
La carta del restaurante no es muy variado en mi opinión , así como la atención de un mesero.
This beautiful hotel (elev. approx 9k) was jthe perfect “between” spot to acclimate coming From Cusco (11k +) but before moving onto Machu Picchu. The great staff, wonderful service, elegant setting and amenities were fantastic. the spa (try the Inca Massage!!) was a great place to refresh after a long day of exploring - and the spa technicians were skilled. The outdoor fire pit and watching the stars in the southern hemisphere, the hammocks for lounging, the lush vegetation and “ in house” llamas made for a gorgeous setting and if I am lucky enough to return to this part of the world and the Urubamba area again, I will be staying here happily!

Our stay at Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference (particularly Jose Luis and Rocky Nicol).
The setting is simply breathtaking, with spectacular views of the Sacred Valley that create a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay with outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and incredible scenery, I can't recommend Casa Andina Premium Sacred Valley highly enough. We would happily stay here again!
Die Unterkunft hat uns rundherum überzeugt. Insbesondere für unsere Kinder waren die Angebote sehr schön. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns nach anstrengenden Touren gut erholt.
