Staying at Casa Andina in Valle Sagrado was such an amazing experience! The food, drinks and staff were amazing, especially Nilson! They have many different activities and the rooms are very nice as well. Amazing views! 10/10
El espacio, la atención del personal, y sus actividades
The hotel has 3 alpacas and we had a great time feeding them. Jesus was very friendly and made sure we got some lovely photos.
El equipo de Casa Andina Valle sagrado es increíble! Todos amables! Lindo lugar, se siente muy bien!
This hotel exceeded every high expectation I had. The staff is attentive, the food is delicious, the gardens and scenery are gorgeous. We are travelling with two young children and are most of the way through a month-long stay at the hotel as we explore the Sacred Valley. The hotel has unexpectedly excellent activities, including a star observatory with a powerful telescope and guide, as well as ceviche cooking lessons. There is a beautifully-maintained garden with plenty of space for children to run and a great structure for children to climb and play on. And the kids love the thrice-daily alpaca feeding sessions! We’ve tasted almost every dish on the restaurant menu (terrific) and the morning breakfast buffet has tons of delicious (and healthy) options. Overall, incredible value - worth every penny and more. A big thank you from our family to the whole team that makes this place so special.
The suites were clean and very nice.
The grounds were well manicured and beautiful.
Mercedes gave us great service on the restaurant
We stayed at this hotel twice, before and after Machu Picchu, and it was like returning home the second time. The rooms feel like mini-cabins, good-sized, clean with amenities (bathrobes, slippers, kettle, lotion, bottled water). The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinners immensely. There is a small gym, a leave/take-a-book shelf, two bikes available, cats and baby alpacas on the grounds, a small firepit and playground area for children. Staff are really friendly and professional.
The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. Alpaca feeding event was awesome. The location is picturesque and totally worth the price.
Perfect place
Very beautiful place! Special shout-out to Nicol and Cristian who provided 5 star perfect service! Thank you and I can't wait to come back.
המיקום , הגינה , החדר - היו מצויינים וגם א. הבוקר.
Casa Adina is a beautiful hotel’ that is more like being on a large estate. The employees are so kind & helpful from the moment you arrive. Our first encounter was with Nicol at the front desk who has the most gracious way of welcoming you & the most beautiful smile.
The food is delicious and the buffet breakfast AMAZING! We highly recommend this hotel.
A good quality hotel, I’m guessing at one of the best in the area. The setting in the Andes with sweeping valleys and soaring peaks is fantastic There are Alpacas on the grounds and you can feed them in the morning which the children loved.
Rooms are good without being spectacular but nice and quiet. If you go in there when it’s cold make sure your radiator is turned on. They told us it went on at 6pm, which it did, but the previous occupant had turned the valve right down so when we went back after dinner the room was still cold! Soon rectified, but no radiator in the bathroom which remained cool.
We dined in the hotel restaurant for the two nights we spent here, mainly because there was not real alternative without a significant walk. Luckily the food was good, as it was our first night at altitude, we kept it light with the chicken broth which turned out to be the best one we had on our South American tour.
We did notice in all the restaurants in Peru that the doors are kept open even when it’s cold outside so you have to wrap up warm. This hotel was no exception so we tried to grab a table near to the central fire.
Everything is very good at the Casa Andina. Very competent and friendly staff from arrival, front desk and restaurant. The restaurant deserves a special mention for the quality of food. Thanks to Jose who worked with our limited Spanish. Close to Ollantaytambo, this is the perfect spot to acclimatise to the altitude. Thanks also to Daniela on the front desk. Of course to Rocky , the best man on the front door.
Fantastic hotel in a stunning location. The food was superb and the staff were professional and helpful, especially Daniella on reception
