Staff helpful and Friendly

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room lacked proper cleanliness and basic maintenance. The bedding was uncomfortable as the duvet was clumped into lumps. The wardrobe in the room had no doors – they appeared to have been removed, which made the room look unfinished and untidy.

The biggest issue was the shower. The water had a very unpleasant smell, and after showering the odor spread throughout the entire room. This made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Overall, the room requires better cleaning standards and proper maintenance.

Vantaði gistingu fyrir flug daginn eftir, fékk gott herbergi með fínu rúmi og gardínurnar blokkuðu út birtuna að mestu. Hélt fyrst að við værum 1 á þessari hæð því það heyrðist ekkert fram á gangi eða milli herbergja (vorum á 3ju hæð) Fengum bílastæði sem ekki þurfti að borga fyrir. Þjónustufólkið var mjög gott.

Cons:

Baðherbergið var ekki stórt, og sturtan þröng og sturtuhenginu mætti skipta út bara fyrir glervegg að mínu mati. Blöndunartækin voru einfaldasta gerð

Il bagno con le tendina è il male, oltretutto non hanno fornito neanche un tappetino, quindi il lago ogni doccia.

Altro che 3 stelle, sembra un motel! Da evitare.

La gentilezza e disponibilità di Cristina alla reception

Cons:

Se questo é un tre stelle…hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione poiché sembra un motel. Per non parlare dell’arredamento antiquato, acqua maleodorante, anche lavarsi i denti o fare la doccia diventava un’impresa, odore sgradevole nelle camere, moquette sporca ovunque, impossibilità di aprire le finestre per far arieggiare le camere. Abbiamo preferito passare la nottata a cercare l’aurora piuttosto che riposare in camera con quell’odore nauseante. Onestamente, abbiamo soggiornato in vari hotel in Islanda ma questo é stato il peggiore. Aggiungo che anche la colazione sia di bassa qualità.
