המלון במיקום מעולה על הנהר, 5 דקות מהדרקון (אמירה מוזרה 😎), רבע שעה מהעיר העתיקה. המלון נראה חדיש, חניה נוחה יחסית, חדר מרווח, המיטות הכי נוחות שנראה לי שישנתי בחיי, חדר כושר מאובזר מאוד, בריכה הפתיעה בגודל והעומק שלה בהתחשב בזה שזאת בריכת ספא, וסך הכל, אחלה מלון

Cons:

1. הצוות יכול היה להיות יותר רספונסיבי - המזגן בחדר שלנו היה ממש רועש ואי אפשר היה להדליק אותו. ביקשנו שיבדקו, לא חזרו אלינו.
2. עוד בנושא הצוות - עשיתי את הטעות בלשלם בדולר במקום במטבע המקומי. ידוע שבכל מכשיר נותנים לך לבחור, אבל העמלה שלקחו על המרה לדולר המטבע המקומי הייתה מוגזמת - 10%!!!! היה מאוד ראוי להתריע על זה לפני בטח כי זה מאוד חריג.
3. הניקיון - הצוות של הניקיון היה מאוד נחמד, אבל הרמה של הניקיון הייתה נמוכה... מצאנו לכלוך, גומיות של אורחים קודמים, לא החליפו כוסות גם אחרי ניקיון, וכשביקשנו שיחליפו, פשוט שטפו לנו את הכוסות בכיור של המקלחת של החדר וניגבו עם מגבת... הזוי בעיני וראוי היה לקבל סט כוסות חדש...

Perfect

It was perfect property for us and the kids
Everything was clean peaceful and relaxing
The rooms are huge we took the junior suite

It’s little bit far from Main Street need to take taxi or bus

úžasný hotel v centre Krakowa
Pros:

Hotel má úžasnú polohu, je blízko rieky Visly, zámku Wawel a hlavné námestie je cca 10min. peši. Navyše má veľkú vlastnú garáž v podzemí pre návštevníkov. Mali sme izbu s dvoma manželskými posteľami, ktoré boli fakt veľké a úžasne sa na nich spalo. Raňajky boli perfektné, na výber toho bolo neskutočne veľa. Na izbe bola kanvica aj rôzne malé balené čaje a cukor. Malá chladnička tiež potešila na ochladenie vody v horúčavách.

Cons:

Keďže sa na izbe nedalo otvoriť okno a bolo horúco, museli sme si pustiť klímu, ktorá bola na mňa trošku hlučnejšia.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετικά εύκολη πρόσβαση για όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Όμορφοι χώροι στο ξενοδοχείο, καθαροί κ προσεγμένοι.

Cons:

Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα που ήμασταν. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι για τα παιδιά είχαν ένα μονό κουβερτακι, με αποτέλεσμα να μην τους καλύπτει.
