Great hotel, good location and reasonable price
Pros:

We needed a room for two adults and a child and we got just what we needed. Beds very comfortable and cleaned well every day. Great TV and coffee /tea facilities

Cons:

I know all hotels have it but don’t think the air conditioning needs to be on all the time. I tried to turn it off when it was 18 degrees outside and all you can do is set the temperature. It hums a lot at night but it wasn’t a big deal we could sleep ok

Amazing. Can’t wait to visit again.
Pros:

The food was so good - we travelled with two young kids and not only was breakfast amazing, they have a dedicated kids menu. A small play area by the lobby was a great addition. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and happy to speak English which really helped for our first time in Poland. The location was excellent.

Cons:

The pool was a little cooler than I would like it but certainly it was a normal pool temperature.

Recommend this place, good value for money
Pros:

Location is nice, close to the castle, room is big with 2 large beds.

Cons:

We took 2 rooms, and ours was lacking the coffee machine, the drain in the shower was not working well

Excellent family stay with a beautiful view of the Vistula and Wawel Castle
Pros:

Great family hotel with a beautiful Wawel Castle view

We had a great stay at Novotel Kraków Centrum as a family of four. Our room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a sofa bed for the children and a beautiful view over the Vistula River and Wawel Castle from the third floor.

The location is excellent — most attractions are within walking distance, and the Old Town is about 15–20 minutes away on foot.

Breakfast was very good, with a huge variety and plenty of choices even for picky eaters. The indoor pool is a nice size and there is also a jacuzzi, gym and wellness area.

The room had a fridge, a coffee machine with capsules, and there is a water dispenser on every floor to refill bottles. The bathroom was large and comfortable with a walk-in shower. The only small downside in my opinion was that the soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided in dispensers rather than separate bottles, but that is standard by all hotels todays.

There is also underground parking shared with the Ibis hotel, costing 100 PLN per night.

Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly 4-star hotel in a great location. We especially loved the view and would happily stay here again.
