Amazing
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff

Cons:

The gate at the stairs would be better if it had a card reader to return that way instead of going all the way around in the lobby covered in sand.

Birthday by the beach with my family fun fun fun
Pros:

We all loved our rooms, with ocean views and sunsets every night.
The beach right across the street and they have hot tubs and very nice pristine pool to enjoy.
the location was perfect we could walk any where into town for dinners and shopping.

Cons:

We keep coming back, so I cant think of anything we didnt like.

Great resort with great amenities. Great staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was included in our stay. Great choices. Fresh fruit and breads. Great coffee. Our room was on the first floor and overlooked the pool. Landscaping was well maintained thru-out the resort. Hotel was located directly across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown Carlsbad. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Super Lage. Einfaches parken.

Cons:

Gym zu klein und schlechte Ausstattung. Frühstück sehr schlecht, es gibt Waffeln. Sonst kaum Auswahl - nicht einmal das wabbelige Rührei, was es überall sonst gibt.

Nice hotel and very quiet even though our unit was facing the street and on the floor level.
Pros:

Jessica at check in was very informative and helpful advising us of the amenities and answered any questions we had.

Cons:

The handheld shower unit fell apart on the first day we tried to use the shower. Called front desk and they send Fred/staff to investigate the issue. A few minutes later, Jose/staff showed up and replaced the entire unit!
Also, the wall electrical outlet for the coffee maker did not have 110v power so we had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom outlet to make coffee. Front desk advised. The in-room HVAC unit was way TOO LOUD when turned on for AC! Had to turn up the TV volume to hear!

If you want to be close to the beach, this is where you want to be.

It was directs Ross from the beach. Easy access.
