A minha experiência neste hotel ficou bastante aquém das expectativas e, infelizmente, não correspondeu ao que esperava.

Durante a estadia, fomos acordados por volta das 4 da manhã devido ao barulho vindo do quarto no piso superior, o que prejudicou significativamente o nosso descanso. Além disso, o isolamento acústico é muito fraco, sendo possível ouvir facilmente o ruído dos quartos ao lado.

Na zona da piscina encontravam-se vidros partidos no chão, uma situação preocupante e perigosa para os hóspedes.

O pequeno-almoço revelou pouca variedade e a fruta disponível já apresentava sinais de estar a ficar demasiado madura, o que não transmite a qualidade esperada.

No quarto, as torneiras encontravam-se soltas e a mobília apresentava um desgaste evidente. A vista do nosso quarto era diretamente para uma casa de banho, o que também foi bastante dececionante.

No geral, a estadia não correspondeu às expectativas, sobretudo tendo em conta o valor pago. Espero que estes aspetos sejam revistos e melhorados para proporcionar uma melhor experiência aos futuros hóspedes.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine schöne Außenanlage. Besonders angenehm war das hoteleigene Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein früher Check-in war sogar möglich, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Kostenloses Parken auf der Straße war am Hotel möglich. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, insbesondere für nur eine Übernachtung inklusive Frühstück und Aufenthalt mit Kind.

Pros:

Os funcionários eram absolutamente impecáveis, desde as pessoas no check in e check out ao pessoal do restaurante, todos simpatiquíssimos.
O quarto era grande e confortável, com ar condicionado.
O restaurante era MARAVILHOSO, comemos o polvo e as lulas grelhadas e estavam divinais.

Cons:

Havia obras na rua, então ouvia-se algum barulho de manhã, mas não era culpa do alojamento.

Foi boa mas poderia ter sido inesquecível.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço, localização, limpeza do quarto, recepcionistas atenciosas.

Cons:

Péssimo para estacionar o carro, a piscina externa estava suja, não havia guarda-sóis para toda gente, e a piscina do Spa estava com muito cloro que ardia os olhos.
