Luxurious comfort
Pros:

The concierge services are very good. Especially Mr. Adel supported us a lot for our transportation, arrival, and departure etc.

Cons:

Tap of Bath tab didn’t work properly so that we could not take bath.

Nice stay overall but absolutely not worth the money

Clean, modern, good location, nice beach.

Cons:

For this price, I have much higher expectations when it comes to service and amenities, and the hotel was basically empty. The taxi they have arranged for us overcharged us going to the airport (by about 40 dinars extra), so don't trust their taxis and use your own app. We wanted to treat ourselves but I ended up regretting spending so much money rather than staying at a nice 'Dar' in La Marsa.

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, lorsque un mariage est organisé, il serait préférable de prévenir les clients lambda… la musique jusqu’à 02h du matin c’est pas top !

Hotel très bien entretenu qui bénéficie d’une très belle vue.
Notre séjour s’est bien passé pour autant…

Cons:

… Le personnel est adorable et toujours de bonne humeur, en revanche le service est totalement aléatoire manque parfois de compétence digne d’un hotel 5 étoiles.
Et la literie est beaucoup trop raide.

Pros:

Really beautiful hotel right by the beach. Breakfast buffet was great. The spa and pools also amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful, they really made our stay special.

Cons:

When we arrived our room had an ant infestation, but we were moved into another room as quickly as possible. The food in the restaurants was okay, just a shame they don't offer a lot of traditional Tunisian food.
