Un séjour exceptionnel, j ai sincèrement tout adoré et que dire du personnel, une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse, bienveillante et toujours aux petits soins. Je tiens toutefois souligné tout particulièrement l'accueil et les petites attentions de Adel Neffati qui a été absolument incroyable avec moi et notamment avec mes petites filles. Sa présence, sa gentillesse et son sens du service ont réellement marqué notre séjour. Et que dire de mon anniversaire, j ai été gâtée 3 gâteaux, un petit bouquet de fleurs, un surclassement de chambre. Un séjour mémorable

Pros:

L’équipe de l’hôtel est hyper professionnelle et sympathique en particulier Haifa et le manager Jalel. On se sent vraiment bien, il y a une bonne atmosphère. Le personnel est très à l’écoute

Cons:

Je penses qu’il faut prolonger le temps de baignade à 20h ou 20h30 pendant la période estivale.

Mémorable et agréable.
Pros:

L’hôtel est excellent à tous les niveaux mais le point fort reste sans aucun doute l’équipe de réception et de restauration. Une mention spéciale pour Ghofrane, Sihem, Haifa et Mme. Fatma à la réception, ainsi que Molka, Housine et Maitre Chokri au restaurant. Un grand merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un souvenir très mémorable.

Pros:

Un véritable havre de paix ! Chaque séjour au Mövenpick Gammarth est un réel plaisir.
L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Les restaurants sont excellents et le service est remarquable : même lorsque je demande un plat qui n'est pas à la carte, l'équipe fait tout son possible pour me faire plaisir. Un grand merci à tous pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. J'ai déjà hâte de revenir !

We Keep staying there for years and it’ll always be our destination in Tunis
Pros:

How attentive the staff is, they really took good care of my family especially my baby or 2 years. We tried the food by the swimming pool and the breakfast and we really recommend both

La chambre était parfaite, propre, spacieuse avec les équipements nécessaires. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Le spa est super aussi. L’environnement est calme. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel ! Proche du centre si besoin

Les prix des repas (restaurant et piscine) sont un peu chers et la qualité du repas au restaurant n’était pas très bonne.
