It was modern

Cons:

The lack of helpfulness from the staff, I was charged twice for my stay. I ordered room service and they tried to charge me twice. I have still yet to be refunded for this money 2 weeks later.

A lovely hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Prague.

Cons:

Nothing! We would definitely stay here again.

Praga inaspettata
Pros:

Posizione fantastica,vicina a tutte le attrazioni. Colazione ricca e variegata, omelette uova strapazzate e bollite senza extra charge. Personale super gentile ci ha dato un elenco di ristoranti e pub in zona per mangiare e bere. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto i bagagli per la giornata prima di partire visto che eravamo in giro.

A quiet and comfortable hotel with great service!
Pros:

The hotel is in a really good and central location, next to some great shops. The hotel is quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are beyond helpful and are keen to support you with any queries you have. The breakfast is also very good!

Hotellet var en rigtig god base, som var dejligt at komme hjem til, efter en lang oplevelsesrig dag ude i byen.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var virkeligt god. Hotellet lå super centralt, men dog var der helt roligt. Der lå mange restauranter i kvarteret og det var let at gå til seværdigheder. F.eks lå Nationalmuseet ca 10 minutters gang fra hotellet.
Morgenmaden var lækker og vi var meget tilfredse med udvalget på buffeten.
Vi havde et stort værelse med gode senge. Der var badekar på badeværelset. Rengøringen var meget tilfredsstillende. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige.
Vi vil klart anbefale hotellet og kommer gerne tilbage igen

Cons:

Hvis vi SKAL finde noget at sætte en finger på, så synes vi at belysningen på badeværelset var lidt dunkel.

15min walk from Praha hl.n.on quiet street. Very comfortable room with kettle. Super friendly staff who were very helpful with navigating the city. Good breakfast.
