It’s a very thoughtful hotel
Pros:

Clean, and the hotel was thoughtful. I paid for breakfast for all my trip, however on my final day, my flight was very early. I have to leave the hotel at 4am, which hotel breakfast wasn’t available yet as they open at 7am. So the hotel offered to prepare packed breakfast so that I can have it at the airport. How thoughtful!

It was great. The room is clean and very spacious. No bad odor and really feels like a five star hotel.
Pros:

Great facility. Clean and feels new.

Cons:

The pedestrian lane takes time to go to the hotel since a lot of crossing and stop lights involved.

Pros:

La camera è spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort, inclusa la domotica. La colazione è variegata e completa. I letti sono estremamente confortevoli.

Cons:

Vorrei suggerire all'Hotel di considerare la possibilità di riservare aree specifiche nella sala colazioni dove non siano presenti bambini chiassosi.

Great location, but service not at the level expected
Pros:

Location is great, well connected, perfect to walk around Taipei city centre. The room was clean and resembled the pictures we saw on booking.

Cons:

The staff at the reception and concierge was kind, but the breakfast buffet staff was rather rude. Every day we had some unpleasant response like "just wait!" or "room number!" that at first we interpreted as language barrier, but over the days we noticed it was simply attitude. One morning, the lady was giving us her back, on her phone, for several minutes, and once we kindly asked if we could sit, she turned visibly upset, telling us to wait. It made our breakfast experience not great, which is an important part of our vacation.

静かで快適。
Pros:

駅にも近いし、歩いて西門まで行ける立地の良さなのに、周りは静かで落ち着きがあります。
朝は鳥の声が良く聞こえてきて、気持ちが良いです。
浴室のシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、ボディクリームが全てロクシタンのバーベナだったのも好みで良かったです。
快適でした！

窓ガラスが汚れていて、景色が楽しめなかったです。
