1. There was an unpleasant odor in my room due to what appeared to be a toilet leakage issue.
2. I observed inconsistent guest treatment by the staff, with some guests receiving personalized "welcome back" messages while other frequent guests did not.

The service at the hotel was excellent. Probably offers the best value in Kampala for location and condition. The staff were all really brilliant and breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
