Cozy quarters.
Pros:

I'm so glad that they put us on the bottom floor because there is no elevator. The room was small but adequate. The Breakfast selection was limited but good. The staff was friendly.

Very Good for a Miami Airport Overnight
Pros:

Close to the airport, which was the goal. Free shuttle, except it only ran once an hour. Lovely front desk staff. Bed was comfortable. Very nice garden area to relax in.

Cons:

Seemed like a sketchy neighborhood (expected), and the nearest food was several blocks away. I skipped dinner. The room had been freshly painted, but in the most basic way ie., wall repairs left undone and gaps/holes painted over, etc.

La ubicación

Cons:

Baño viejo y feo. Cables sueltos en la habitación. La tele no encendía. El desayuno en platos de papel y poca cosa. Las mesas sucias. Mal olor en la habitación y peor en el baño. Pero el personal muy bien.

Not completely disappointed
Pros:

The rooms have been updated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again if needed.

Cons:

We didn't have enough towels and wash cloths for the three of us. Only 1 wash cloth was provided and 2 towels. A language problem allowed for miscommunication of what we needed. Also, we had to sign into our personal Amazon Prime Account to be able to watch the Super Bowl.
