Lovely will definitely stay again

A pleasant break, but wouldn't have stayed any longer. Ideal for a short sta than the three nights.
Pros:

Breakfast ample and nicely presented.
Staff friendly and the whole of the site, in and out very clean.

Cons:

No sitting area other than your room or dining room.
Disappointed that no restaurant for the evening, once back didn't feel like going out again.

Host was very welcoming and room, facilities, etc. were spotlessly clean. Dedicated parking space was very welcome. Hotel situated in idea location for New Forest walks, etc.

Cons:

Only slight issue was the portion size of the breakfast.

Pros:

Small hotel but so welcoming by the Elder (sorry if the spelling is wrong). We were greeted by tea and cake before checkin. Breakfast was first class.

Cons:

Nothing really. Slight issue with radiators as they didn’t seem to work.

Pros:

Small, individual - even slightly quirky - hotel in the middle of Brockenhurst, convenient for the southern stretches of the New Forest. Friendly staff. A welcome cup of tea, plus cake, on arrival. Decent dinner in the restaurant, and an excellent breakfast. Rough-hewn solid-wood furniture gives a rustic feel.

Cons:

Limited facilities and lounging space in the public areas. No garden or outside sitting areas, Might not be to everyone's taste.

Friendly staff, cosy place, great breakfast
Pros:

The staff was so welcoming as soon as we arrived, offering tea and cake, helping us with restaurants for dinner, just very friendly overall. The room was very comfortable with a little outdoor space and the breakfast was super tasty. Wonderful place to stay in all in all.

Fantastic little hotel. Perfect as a base in the New Forest.
Pros:

Bedrooms were really comfortable. Pillows great and firm mattresses. The shower was really good. The host was lovely. We had a named parking space, which was a great touch.

Cons:

We unfortunately could not have a cooked breakfast on our second day as the electricity had gone out in the neighbourhood. However, not fault of hotel.
