sehr angenehmer und passender Aufenthalt

Unerwartete schöne Aussicht vom 5. Stock, gut geschlafen da ruhig, angenehme Temparatur, Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da im Migros-Restaurant eingenommen

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Was uns SEHR wichtig war: das Hotel ist TIERFREUNDLICH ;)! Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Und wenn etwas fehlt oder es Probleme gibt, dann fragt man einfach das Rezeptionspersonal und es wird schnell und unkompliziert erledigt ;). Z. B. wir hatten keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, nach einer Anfrage wurde uns ein Kühlschrank ins Zimmer zugestellt. Sehr nett! Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Für mich, als Allergiker/Diabetiker, gabs sogar die gewissen EXTRAS: das glutenfreie Brot, zuckerreduzierte Joghurts und Konfitüre. Sehr lieb und aufmerksam! Das Abendessen sehr fein und der Restaurantservice sehr freundlich und professionell. Lieben Dank an Putz-, an Frühstücks- und Empfangspersonal, besonders an Martin Reisbacher (Front Office Manager). Seine freundliche und äusserst professionelle Vorgehensweise hat bei vielen Fragen und kleinen "Problemchen" sehr geholfen. Wir machen schon seit mehreren Jahren ein- oder zweimal pro Jahr einen kleinen Urlaub in Westside Bern. Jedes Mal ist es sehr angenehm, zu Ihnen (ins Hotel) wiederzukommen. Danke für alles! Und bis dann ;)))
