awesome hotel
Pros:

hotel has a great location, staff was great, breakfast was great, friendly, helpful staff for check-in, restaurant, bar. And lots of food and entertainment options in connected mall - especially the water park/spar/gym - one of the best I've ever been to.

Well located and very confortable
Pros:

Just next to a train station, super confortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice

Cons:

I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel and I was confronted with the fact that the hotel doesn't have a pool. The hotel is attached to a shopping center where there is the Bernaqua park, and I had to pay to use it. I was totally surprised, as the reason I chose the hotel was the fact that it says that there is an indoor and outdoor pool, and having to pay to use it was very unpleasant

Cons:

Je suis un client récurent, chaque semaine je réserve dans cet hotel. Lors de ma réservation, j'ai choisi une chambre avec un lit standard (je mesure près de 2 mètres)
J'ai finalement eu la surprise d'avoir 2 lits 1 place

Pas grand chose!!

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu décharger nos affaires car des travaux bloque le devant de l’hôtel, le parking le plus proche était donc à 10minutes à pied.
Le pire dans cela est que nous n’avons pas pu dormir le matin car des travaux commencer dès 7h du matin!!!! Vraiment un mauvais séjour, j’exigerais un remboursement total pour mes deux nuits! De plus le logement n’étais pas propre et la Clim fonctionnais mal!!! Plus que déçu
Je peux même vous mettre le bruit des travaux j’ai une vidéo du n’importe quoi de pas n’être prévenu jamais nous aurions réserver cette hôtel!!!
