Ich war für eine Nacht dort. Zimmer war perfekt. Ich hatte eines im obersten Stockwerk, super Aussicht!

Ok but not what I expected!
Pros:

Overall a nice hotel. But to be honest I really expected more - something more special. It's a standard hotel but nothing more - not really the style that I'm choosing normally.

Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit, werde sicher wiederkommen.
Pros:

Ich war schon vor vielen Jahren dort und es war immer noch gleich. Ich hatte sehr schöne Tage erlebt

Cons:

Leider war es nicht soo sauber und das mit dem putzdienst um eine bestimmte Zeit, verlief leider nicht wie angefragt

Pros:

La localisation est top. Il y a un parking intérieure (payant).
Il y a des trams et bus qui nous amènent directement en centre ville, donc c'est parfait.

Cons:

La propreté laisse quand même à désirer. Les rideaux et mûrs salles. Le lit ça allait.
Les coussins ne sont pas confortables.
La chambre n'a aucun décor. Très impersonnelle.

Hotel and Wellness - great for rejuvenation
Pros:

I was here on a 3 day business trip. The hotel was nice and tidy with friendly check-in. There is a supermarket connected to the hotel and for a small fee you can enjoy Bernaqua.
Bus and tram are 30 seconds walk. Bus takes about 17 minutes and tram about 25 minutes to the center of Bern.
