Pros:

Amenities were good, weather was not great to allow us to use the beach and pool etc. . Staff we dealt with- front desk, parking house, and the security guy gave us a tour when we arrived- was great!

Cons:

Dinner was not great. Cold short rib and nothing done- not a discount or anything we just waited for it to be warmed up. Everyone was done eating by the time it got back to table

Pros:

Hava şartlarından dolayı tesisi tam anlamıyla kullanamadık. Soğuktan o güzel balkonda bir kahve bile içemedik malesef.

Cons:

İnterneti rezaletti! Ayrıca günlük 100 dolar depozito almaları çok saçma, günlük otopark ücretide araç kiralama ücretinden daha pahalıydı. Odada ücretsiz su bile yoktu. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Good for a short stay, but could use an update and surrounding area is not bery walkable.
Pros:

Rooms were big and very clean, but outdated.

Cons:

The rooms were very outdated despite claiming recent renovations. The crib we requested for our baby was in pretty bad condition, even just new paint would had done wonders. We also didn’t get the room we booked on booking and they said they were at capacity.

Cons:

El trato de el personal desde el valet parking hasta el front desk y me cobraron 2 veces, llegué con mi familia alrededor de las 12.30 y nos dijeron q no tenían nuestra habitación reservada y nos enviaron a otro hotel, en ese otro hotel me cobraron otra vez diciendo que reintegraban la primera y no fue así.

Hotel bardzo czysty. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Duży wybór basenów, w tym jeden podgrzewany i jeden 18+. Bardzo podobały mi się leżaki na basenie i plaży w kolorze różowym.

Mam zastrzeżenie do obsługi:
1. Hotel został zarezerwowany dla 2 osób dorosłych i 2 nastolatków. Niestety, po przyjeździe okazało się, że dla dzieci nie była przygotowana pościel. Poprosiliśmy o jej dostarczenie o godz. 16:00, jednak po powrocie z miasta o godz. 23:00 pościel wciąż nie była dostępna i musieliśmy ponownie interweniować.

Zaznaczenie liczby gości przy rezerwacji powinno oznaczać, że pościel i udogodnienia będą przygotowane dla wszystkich osób. W tym przypadku obsługa niestety zawiodła,

2. Zawiodła mnie również Pani manager restauracji. Doszło do nieporozumienia pomiędzy dziećmi, a Panią sprzedającą lody, które wynikało po części z bariery językowej. Na tablicy jest napisane że do loda extra wafles kosztuje 7$. Pani sprzedająca spytała się dzieci czy chcą w kubeczku czy w rożku, używając słowa corn. Dzieci nie zostały poinformowane że corn jest dodatkowy płatny, co się okazało przy płaceniu, po podaniu lodów. Ostatecznie za dwa lody z dwoma gałkami zapłaciliśmy 40 dolarów. Pani nie wydała reszty dzieciom. Próbowałam sprawę wyjaśnić z Panią manager, która totalnie zignorowała sprawę, wydając ostatecznie resztę bez słowa przepraszam, ze złośliwym uśmiechem na ustach.

Gdyby nie obsługa, hotel zasługiwałby na 10.

Tap in bathroom hanging off the wall. Scam text received a few days before my stay allegedly from them where clearly my data was compromised. I complained twice and recommended they run some back end security checks (I work in e-commerce so saw the red flags). Neither of my complaints were heeded, in fact the staff couldn’t care less and didn’t follow up with me. Beware booking here.
