La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, tipo suite, con una zona de estar con sofá cama, dormitorio independiente y dos baños, así que para viajar en familia está genial. El hotel estaba muy limpio y el personal fue siempre muy amable.
Nos gustaron especialmente las zonas exteriores: las dos piscinas, el acceso directo a la playa y el servicio de toallas, tumbonas y sombrillas, que además están incluidas en el precio, algo que se agradece mucho en Miami Beach. La zona de playa es estupenda y el servicio allí funciona fenomenal. También hay una piscina más tranquila en la séptima planta.
El restaurante está bien y, para algo más sencillo, hay una pequeña cafetería donde comprar café, zumos, bollería, empanadas, etc. En general, estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia.
Lo más incómodo fueron los ascensores. Durante nuestra estancia tuvieron problemas y llegamos a esperar cerca de 20 minutos. Había técnicos trabajando en ellos, así que entendemos que era una incidencia puntual, pero resultó bastante molesto.
Como pequeño detalle de la habitación, echamos en falta que hubiesen más ganchos en el baño para poder colgar las toallas. Parece una tontería, pero resulta poco práctico.
Por último, conviene saber que alrededor del hotel prácticamente no hay restaurantes o tiendas a los que ir andando, por lo que para salir hay que moverse en coche o taxi.
En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el hotel y nos sorprendió para bien.
El servicio de valet parking es excelente. Los chicos están siempre a disposición y cada vez que pedíamos el auto no tardaba más de dos minutos en llegar.
El hall de entrada es lindo y espacioso, y las habitaciones están muy bien. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con vista y realmente tenía una muy linda vista al mar. Era grande, con un espacio de entrada con sillón y luego el sector de las dos camas grandes, que además eran muy cómodas.
El baño se nota un poco antiguo y podría renovarse, aunque en líneas generales estaba bien y cumplía su función.
También nos gustó mucho que, camino a la pileta, haya un espacio donde se pueden comprar cafés, golosinas, helados y varias cosas más para llevar a la playa. Muy práctico.
El sector exterior para desayunar está bueno; no es algo espectacular, pero es agradable. Y la zona de las piletas nos gustó mucho: hay dos, suficientes reposeras cómodas y siempre había toallas disponibles.
En general, un hotel cómodo, con muy buenos servicios y una habitación que superó nuestras expectativas. Volveríamos.
The grand beach hotel were incredibly accommodating for us! We had some issues with the room when we arrived, but Maria on the front desk was incredible!

I fell in love with the cleanliness of the room; my room was spotless everywhere, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The manager, Maria Gabriela, was super friendly and helpful; she introduced herself and gave us royal treatment. I already want to go back. 😍😍😍😍😍😍
A very very bad experience while the room already been payed for 6 nights via an package that i took with British airways i still been throw out by rude reception guy while i was trying to pay my deposite i would not get an option to enter my creditcard pin on their cardmachine.
The dog the Pero malo told me to cancel the booking that already been payed and leave the hotel and that i just don’t have money and that i am on a discount already. It was their machine that did not worked not my creditcard. So i had to leave the hotel while i just arrived all the way from Amsterdam( the Netherlands) by midnight and with two children attention one is a minor. Attention at this point the hotel still has $ 1600 dollar from me.He told me to cancel the booking so he could keep the % of the cancalation( What is like 100%)! This hotel is such a criminal activity in Miami!!! Be aware!!
La piscine , l’accès à la plage, les chambres étaient grandes. Le café avec les glaces Hagen dasz.
La gentillesse du personnel.
Le ménage, les femmes de ménages ne sont pas maniaques, il y avait une masse de cheveux dans mon balcon qui est resté là tout le séjour pas une seule ne l’a retiré.
Les salles de bain sont anciennes et il n’y a pas de pommeau de douche ! Très difficile de laver un enfant sans pommeau!

At night the access panel in the bathroom fell out, and rust came raining down. We were scared ! The door had gaps. All sounds were from corridor. All quality of remodelling is too bad.
