Towels did not require changing after one use - we had hung them up for re-use. We did not require turn-down and had put "do not disturb" on door - but room was still accessed in our absence. Too many cushions on the bed
The amount of condiments they gave you - playing cards, chocolates, mints - 10/10 was so happy with our stay
Only thing can fault is shower was poor water pressure - took a while to wash out shampoo
If hotel had a pool or bigger gym it would be excellent

Excellent location for shopping, theatre and food/drinks. Short taxi ride to Titanic Belfast (£8). Fantastic breakfast, clean and well stocked rooms, well equipped fitness suite, inviting lobby and fabulous drinks/food in the bar area. Friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. We were looking forward to staying and now we are making plans to come back - exceptional hotel, we can’t wait to return!
I left the hotel soo angry after being double charged 3 times even after seeing the manager to have the charges refunded, they were also given strict instructions not to charge anything to the card on arrival as we had already paid for the entire stay, i now have to wait 5 working days to get my money back.
Room cleaning is also 3 times a day starting at 8:30 til 20:30, so if you expecting a relaxing private time you will be sorely dissapointed.
I would rather go to a premier inn at the airport and travel the 30 mins into belfast by taxi than go there again..
Ive spent 30 years in hospitality and have left this establishment a day early as my anxiety is through the roof, i'm so frustrated and worried about the incompitence that resides there.
The whole stay was superb. Staff were very attentive and could do enough for you.

Stayed here Saturday night, watched the rugby match in the bar, had a really good dinner in our room.
The service and food were top class as were the cocktails.
