The room was a good size and very quiet. The staff was very nice. The hotel is very central and an easy walk to most attractions with good bars and restaurants near. The bathroom was spacious.
Our food in the restaurant was just ok. Wish we has eaten elsewhere. The lighting could be better in the hallway by the mirror.

5* service. Hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were nice, turn down service great bonus. Location is brilliant!
While breakfast options were vast, the hot breakfast was very greasy. I was warned this is a known thing in Belfast. There were however plenty of other lovely options. So not a big deal.
The location was nice. Interior modern and clean. The valet taking the car and unloading the bags and parking it was a nice touch. The room spacious and bed very comfy. The entertainment music in the hotel bar was very good. Concierge was very helpful with request for flowers.
The tv was dated and old and didn’t allow full movies on demand and mobile connectivity.
Room lighting was dark and not adjustable fully for bright lighting when needed.
