Absolutely fantastic, probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. I will definitely return!
Pros:

Stunning decor, fantastic location. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons:

The sink was quite scratched and there was a big chip that had been repaired. It didn’t affect us particularly but it could be perceived as a hygiene issue.

Truly a five star experience
Pros:

Excellent location, fantastic room, staff go over and above to help you, definitely a five star hotel - nothing is too much of an ask, can get a really good nights sleep and amazing breakfast too, they play sports in the lobby

Stylish and Modern Hotel
Pros:

Modern, stylish hotel with comfortable, luxurious rooms. The location is absolutely perfect to explore the city. Be sure to pre-book your parking with the valet if you need that. There was a refrigerator in the room that could accomodate small items. The bed was very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, the bathroom well-appointed.

Fantastic service
Pros:

We called into the Fitzwilliams Hotel on our way home after a day out in Belfast. Beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere and fantastic service! I especially would like to mention Wojtek - what a courteous and pleasant young man who looked after us so well, he's a credit to your team. We will definitely be back again, only next time for an overnight stay !

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the location was great. Turn down service was a lively extra and the chocolates were delicious.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was great but service was a bit hit and miss - our request for coffee was forgotten as was our order for toast.

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare at the moment. Roadworks all around the hotel make even dropping off very difficult, you have to stop on a live carriage way and put your hazards on while cars behind you then have to go onto the wrong side of the road. Whilst this is obviously only a temporary situation it can make it difficult.
Air conditioning was poor in our room
Also on our floor ( the third ) when ever you or someone in the other rooms on the floor used the hot water there was an audible sound that needs to be addressed
