كل شي الفندق قريب من السنتر وكل شيء في بلفاست ، أعجبني كذلك وضعهم لشوكولاته مع كل يوم تنظيف على الفراش مع تسليط الاضاءه كان شيء جميل وتنظيفهم كذلك اتمنى أن يستمروا بهذا المستوى
أخذ الموظف بطاقة الائتمان اعتقدت انه سوف ياخذ تامين وتفاجأت انه سجل الرقم بسرعه في الكمبيوتر لديه وعند سؤاله قال لكي يتم الخصم في حال اخذت شيء!!
هذا ليس من حقه ولا من حق ادارة الفندق فرقم البطاقه خاص وسري ان شئتم بامكانكم خصم مبلغ تأمين مثلا 250 باوند يسترجع عند مغادرة العميل وعدم وجود مبالغ بحقه أما تسجيل بيانات بطاقته لديكم فهذا لم اراه في أي فندق اقمت به
The location is very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby lounge and bar were great areas to sit.
The only complaint is the noise. We were in room 215 on the second floor at the front of the hotel. The traffic noise was bad, despite double-glazed windows, and it is on a busy road with a lot of truck traffic. There was also noise from above or below, not sure which, that sounded like chairs and tables being dragged across a wooden floor. This went on for up to an hour at a time, sometimes at night when we were going to bed, but particularly in the morning. There were other noises that woke us or kept us awake, in summary I would say that it was unacceptably noisy and the noisiest hotel room we have evert stayed in.

Beautiful room with great location.
One of the most beautiful stays, the hotel itself was absolutely stunning, but the staff were incredible, at one point a member of staff could see the team were all plugged into chargers she went out of her way to get an extension lead so we could all be more comfortable at the table.
The evening staff to turn down the room with the chocolates was a gorgeous touch.
I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and honestly this was up there.
Well done to the whole team, your staff are an absolute credit to you and a true representative of the stunning hotel.

The Fitzwilliam is situated in the heart of Belfast. It was very comfortable. Staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Our room was again very comfortable but could have done with more space in bathroom for toiletries etc. Breakfast was very average in terms of selection of fruit / breads. We had 1 evening meal which was very good.
Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. Highly recommend. Close to all the restaurants and shopping at Victoria Mall.

Good location in Belfast city centre. The staff were all exceptional. Comfortable room with large bed and excellent bathroom. Breakfast at an extra cost was very good.
If you want to use the bath there are no toiletries to hand
How central it is to everything
Stunning hotel with a really friendly welcome. We were made to feel comfortable and welcome instantly. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and they surprised us with an upgrade on our room. We were blown away, the room was stunning and the most comfortable bed and best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Anna (american lady apologies if wrong) was great, so friendly and funny. She showed us to our room and explained how everything worked and all the features in the room. She is a star. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for making our first anniversary so special.
