Absolutely stunning hotel, staff beyond helpful especially the concierge. Couldn't have a better location, so close the everything aswell. Exceptionally comfortable, will definitely be back.
There arent plug sockets on both sides of the bed. That is the only thing I could say.
The location is great. Very close to shopping in Belfast and the train station.
We had to change the room when we arrived as there was traffic outside all day and night but there was no problem and we were happy with a quieter room,

The room was excellent specification. Met expectations they also served the best Espresso Martini in Belfast. The central location was excellent. Concierge was informative and very, very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very swift.
We thought being positioned next to the lifts would be noisy. As a matter of fact, we never noticed. We usually like to book hotels with some sort of spa facility, like a pool or sauna. Fortunately, that wasn't available here.
The room was nice, bed a little lumpy but comfortable. Location was decent.
The parking situation was frustrating. The description says on site parking. You have to use the concierge to park though. I pulled up to the gate and had a dead phone battery and didn't know my way around Belfast. The gate was open and there was a spot right in front of me. All the concierge guys were lovely and let me run out or park the car myself or pull out as I was travelling for work and had tools and expensive equipment in the car. A staff member from the hotel was at the gate and said I couldn't drive the 2 meters into the spot, had to pull out into busy traffic, drive around the block and park the car for the concierge to park it for me. I explained I had been let park my own car several times. He replied "I understand that but I'm telling you no" and then walked off. I mean the gate was open and a parking spot right there in front of me. I chose this hotel for secure parking but it was more of a nuisance than anything. Another time I rang the intercom to get access to my car and the receptionist was incredibly rude and short. Overall the staff were not the friendliest, either at reception or breakfast and the hotel was a bit shabby and worn. Not what I was expecting for a 5 star stay at all.

Loved that it was downtown, within walking distance of so much . Rooms were clean, well kept. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good! Large variety. The soups at the walk in restaurant were fabulous!
No parking, but valet was great! Just park your car right in front of the hotel.
Centrally located with easy access to tour buses and train station. Cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

La literie était moyenne, elle avait « vécu », les fenêtres de la chambre étaient vraiment très sales alors qu’il y avait une belle vue sur la ville. La salle du petit déjeuner ressemblait plus à un restaurant d’entreprise et le petit déjeuner était correct mais sans plus.
King size bed excellent. Très bon emplacement. Parking public à quelques mètres avec réduction fournie par l’hôtel. Breakfast royal.
Détail des ascenseurs: ils n’étaient pas protégés par la reconnaissance des cartes des clients. N’importe qui pouvait donc monter dans les étages.
