Great location. Staff were amazing. Shout out to Pete on concierge super helpful as we needed to hire a car. He was efficient and just a super nice person. Also Conor on front desk very helpful.
Great food options for breakfast and high quality.
Room size versus price. Room was old and tired a lot of scratch marks and generally worn- doesn’t match the price.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, good food in the restaurant and excellent breakfast, some helpful staff (although not all!).
Wildly overpriced for what it is. Rooms were small, tired, dark and ours overlooked a number of other rooms and an internal concrete courtyard - in addition to some specific issues (sink that wouldn’t drain, broken coat hook, a lighting system that defied logic, even by hotel standards). Bar manager was rude to us and reception staff indifferent to concerns when raised on checkout.
Breakfast and bar food was delicious, staff were excellent all round.
I couldn’t fault our stay.

Great location, beautiful hotel - it was super clean and the staff were lovely. Bed was very comfy and the toiletries were fab. High end but not stuffy, loved it and will be back.
