The staff were very nice the bed was very comfortable the food was excellent
The room was very cluttered and dark the lights flickered it was very dusty on top of the headboard and other parts of the room one of the taps in the sink was slack the vents in the bathroom was very dusty the hot tub wasn’t very hot and the balcony could have been swept
From working in all aspects hospitality i feel i can give an honest review. Firstly before i even stepped into the building i was quickly greeted to make sure i sighned and checked in. I did not travel far but for people who do, let them have a little breathing space and walk into the building when ready. We had a afternoon tea booked, there was no music to set the atmosphere. We felt extreamly uncomfortable and could not relax. In our room there was cob webs all around the ceilings and hairs in the bath. I just feel for the price they are charging it should be a clean welcoming stay. We planned to spend the whole evening in the hotel but the dinner menu was also poor which made us venture for food. I feel i have stayed in alot better places for no where near the price we paid for this stay. Then to be mistaken for our bill and want to charge us twice. I would not reccommed.

What a beautiful hotel with little touches which make it extra special.
Staff extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ghambir Singh for being attentive. Also to the lady who served our breakfast on Sunday (apologies, didn’t get your name) as she gave us helpful information about places to visit etc.

We had a prosecco afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious, and our breakfast selection was varied, fresh and tasty.

Very nice hotel and staff
We stayed in a hip room and it was spacious and beautiful. The hotel is well appointed and in a terrific location. Plenty of free parking at the front door. Lots of inclusions like chocolate bars, crisps, toiletries etc. The bar/restaurant is lovely, but staffing seems to be an issue. Occupancy was low when we were there so food and beverage was not well staffed. The selection was nice but I ordered a hamburger and received a ham and cheese toasty, no bother but there is some room for improvement. We would absolutely stay here again
The room was spacious and comfy with nice added touches of bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine and elemis toiletries. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Going down the stairs at night to the bathroom. The walk into Town was just a bit far for me as I had spinal surgery last year.
What’s not to love! From the staff to the facilities to the room, to the food, all was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful one and we really appreciated their help. Lovely double shower in our room (Rm Two). Oh and you get complimentary soft drinks, snacks etc.

Quiet hotel with nice decor and boutique feel. Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful
Our room was in a basement overlooking a shed and a wall so was pretty dark and uninspiring.We requested breakfast at 7:45 and were told the time wasn’t available but in the end as we had to leave early they begrudgingly agreed it would be ok.Somewhat surprised therefore in morning to find less than a third of the restaurant area occupied.
