Staff, Armand was outstanding, professional, courteous and even called to let me know i had left something in the room and drove to meet locally and dropped of personally - Absolute class
nothing
Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast in our room when we were leaving was a nice treat. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice shower.
Nothing
Very nice hotel and staff
We stayed in a hip room and it was spacious and beautiful. The hotel is well appointed and in a terrific location. Plenty of free parking at the front door. Lots of inclusions like chocolate bars, crisps, toiletries etc. The bar/restaurant is lovely, but staffing seems to be an issue. Occupancy was low when we were there so food and beverage was not well staffed. The selection was nice but I ordered a hamburger and received a ham and cheese toasty, no bother but there is some room for improvement. We would absolutely stay here again
The room was spacious and comfy with nice added touches of bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine and elemis toiletries. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Going down the stairs at night to the bathroom. The walk into Town was just a bit far for me as I had spinal surgery last year.
What’s not to love! From the staff to the facilities to the room, to the food, all was excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful one and we really appreciated their help. Lovely double shower in our room (Rm Two). Oh and you get complimentary soft drinks, snacks etc.
Nothing. Loved it and we aim to be back at some point.
Location and parking good.
No view from room.
Breakfast service slightly slow.
Läget och fri parkering
Drog väl nitlotten eftersom vi fick källarrummet. Med dundrande AC maskiner utanför fönstret. Lös toalettsits.
Quiet hotel with nice decor and boutique feel. Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful
Our room was in a basement overlooking a shed and a wall so was pretty dark and uninspiring. We requested breakfast at 7:45 and were told the time wasn’t available but in the end as we had to leave early they begrudgingly agreed it would be ok.Somewhat surprised therefore in morning to find less than a third of the restaurant area occupied.
Cozy, boutique personable hotel
No restaurant other than lounge...breakfast available though
Increíble desayuno pieza impecable
Far too expensive for what you get (£660 B&B). Room was average, one member of staff welcoming guests and serving at the bar 10min wait, breakfast was poor, server couldn’t fully understand English. Not Scottish hospitality.
Bed very comfortable and breakfast was excellent
Room for was cool and air con not easy to operate without instruction
Wonderful small hotel. Beautiful place and the rooms were great. The fridge had complimentary non alcoholic drinks, treats and shortbread. The staff was awesome especially Craig McWilliams-Stott, who was there filling in for a disabled employee. The full breakfast items were all included. Great bar and good sandwiches. Also slippers and a bathrobe were provided. A short walk down the hill to town!
Brilliant 👍
Booked 2 nights here while visiting Inverness. Kyle of Lochelsh. Wick.
Ideal place. Position.
Nice walk into the centre of Inverness.
Fantastic place and Rooms.
The staff couldn't do enough for you. Very polite and helpful.
Our room, Hip room was great.
Rest of the rooms look great.
The bar area is great.
Fantastic breakfast. One of the best iv had. We loved our stay.
Got another night yet . But would definitely come again.
Recommend to all. Jon & Sue.
Yorkshire. 👍♥️♥️
Returned after 5 years and stayed for couple of nights with a friend. Love that it is so small and personal. Always a warm welcome, comfortable room and tasty lounge meal, all you need after a day of shopping. We have treated ourselves to an afternoon tea the next day which was absolutely delicious. Will be back again, hopefully sooner than since last visit!
We travelled here on our recent trip to Scotland and this was one of our highlights before flying home. Considering it is in the city centre the property has a feeling of peacefulness and calm. We did treat ourselves and indulge in the indulgence package 😀 Can honestly say it was one of the best afternoon teas that we have had! Our room had the most amazing shower and bathroom downstairs, a real treat. Thank you for taking care of us.
