Love the big space it’s good for families or larger groups beds are very comfy

Having a kitchen nice big space for family not cramped, great aircon kept the room cold

交通至便の割安アパートメント
Pros:

ロケは最高。オークランドのスカイタワーまで徒歩2分くらい。カジノから深夜に徒歩で戻っても問題なし。周辺には飲食店も多数。フェリーターミナルまでも徒歩10分もかからない。
部屋に備え付けのキッチン用品も十分。洗濯機があるのもうれしかった。(乾燥機はない)
駐車場は隣のWillsonを利用すると1泊NZ$35。車を出す際に駐車券を宿のフロントへ持って行くとそこでの支払いになる。

Cons:

駐車場の案内が事前にはなく、私はたまたま隣のWillsonに停めたのでよかったが、他に停めてしまうと割引が受けられない。事前案内をしてもらったらよかった。その時には駐車場2Fからの移動ルートも案内してもらうとさらに良いかと。

Good place, I would assume (unless the second bed issue)
Pros:

It is a good size unit and very good central location.

Cons:

The second bed in the general room was not prepared for the use/sleep (no linens, or pillows, etc.). This is clearly a fault of the management since they knew in advance that two people are coming (and we did check in advance). When I discovered this issue late at night at 10 PM nobody of the stuff was around to properly supply the second roll-over bed with full sleeping necessities. This lapse was terrible, in my view, and I just cannot explain how things like that can happen at a seemingly quality hotel.

Great location, very clean, but don’t pre-pay for “breakfast included.”
Pros:

Great location, nice to have a suite, loved the little balcony and terrific views.

Cons:

It was a mistake to pre-pay for inclusion of breakfast, for which we were charged the same amount as if we walked into the café next door which provided it but limited our choices and did not include juice/tea/coffee.
The queen bed was two separate mattresses pushed together, with a crack/valley in the middle. The sofas were not at all comfortable.

Not recommend for multiple nights.
Pros:

Good place to stay for 1-2 nights had good facilities.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean, were initially put into a dirty room that had a chemical smell that made us instantly sick. Location is very daunting at night.

Lage sehr zentral zur Innenstadt und dem Fährhafen, ideal für Kreuzfahrer
