Great Stay
Stayed while traveling, not on business. Very pleasant stay. We loved the location and the facilities. Felt the coffee was a bit weak, may want to change brand/supplier. Will visit again.
Room is good. Got a good sleep. House keeping staff needs to train better.
Overall good. Wish the pillows were softwer- these are rock hard. And ofcurz, the reception folks should learn how to smile rather than look like bouncers at a bar. Breakfast chef- one heck of a guy, great attutude and service
Staff made my stay stress free , nothing was too much for them
On the negative, seems petty , wasn’t really sure about the condition of the Pool . Felt uncomfortable pushing them on the matter

Overall we had a good overnight stay.
5th floor restaurant was very good. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was comfortable. The only odd thing was that our bathroom had a window into the bedroom. There was a curtain but quite odd design.
We used their excellent taxi service to and from the airport. Very helpful.

It's a good place to stay, as long as you don't need to rely on their Wi-Fi for business purposes. I had a terrible experience trying to connect to a meeting. If connectivity isn't a concern for you, it's a nice hotel to stay at.
Nice property overall. Great location and the club room is worth its money! The receptionist staff require hospitality/hotel management training but overall nice stay.

It’s nice place to stay
Breakfast items quality must be improved. Bangalore is known to have very good South Indian food and I was a bit disappointed. Even aloo parantha was not good taste at all.

well managed hotel in a great central location. huge variety of shops, restaurants and pubs all in immediate walking distance. super clean rooms (thanks to mr. amrit rana) with very comfortable bed and bedding. generally friendly and helpful staff and good service. only severe drawback is the factually useless wifi (barely strong enough to load webpages, let along conduct a zoom meetings, etc.) breakfast buffet good, served on the comfortable lofty rooftop terrace.
