Pros:

Design and architecture. Reception team, facilities

Cons:

Poor management of buffet breakfast. I believe the breakfast could be better, some of the breakfast items very empty, long queue front of the coffee machine

Only nice point is the decor. I can only count 2 staffs actually greeted us first.
Pros:

Room was clean and spotless. Nicely decorated. Location was really good. About 5 minutes walk to Wangfuqing area. Hotel is huge.

Cons:

1 of the night staff had forgotten to topped up shower gel and had to call them at 10pm to replenish it. Most staff could not understand basic English. Breakfast was really bad, food is the same daily. Only 3 fruits for a 5 Star hotel. Staff do not greet or acknowledge guests. Instead dig his nose in front of us at the lift. Staff topping up orange juice from a bottle. I have been to other 3 Star hotels that serves freshly squeeze orange juice.

Шикарные завтраки. Безумно красиво и торжественно. Чистота. Расположение. Наличие бассейна и хамама.

Cons:

При заселении не понравилось отношение. Я сама была вынуждена расспрашивать о завтраке например, о ресторане в отеле, о вай фай. Меня оформили и просто выдали мне ключ от номера. Все, не более. Никакой информации об услугах или сервисе в отеле. В момент моего заселения, кроме меня на ресепшене больше не было других гостей, не было спешки. Когда я повторно обратилась на ресепшен спросить про спа зону, мне еще выдали и купон на скидку на массаж, не спросила бы, не выдали бы. Осталось неприятное ощущение только от персонала на ресепшене. Весь остальной персонал очень любезный и дружелюбный.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location with good size rooms.
Pros:

The location and the fact that we had a family suite with a living area. The pool area looked lovely, we did not have enough time to use all the leisure as we were to busy sightseeing.

Cons:

It was a bit outdated, but it was immaculately clean.

Написано было, что ребенок проживает бесплатно, но за завтрак платили , еще за завтрак с нас хотели за 2-х взять, пришлось долго объяснять, что все оплачено, в итоге все решили, оплатили за завтрак ребенка

Great stay at a wonderful hotel
Pros:

It was a great experience: loved the beautiful interiors, the health club (pool, which is a proper 25 meters, and saunas were empty on my two visits which was such a treat).
The breakfast was good as well.
Location very convenient and there were many good restaurants walking distance, the concierge service was very good.

Cons:

It’s strange to note but the eggs station in the hotel breakfast room has very grumpy workers (it was consistent on our 3 morning meals). And once I saw one of them dropping a chopstick on the floor and instead of replacing it, he just wiped it with a napkin and continued cooking.
