Immense et majestueux
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et hôtel disposant de toutes les infrastructures d'un établissement de ce standing.
L'établissement est vraiment impressionnant surtout de l'intérieur.

The room was not properly cleaned. The tissue on the floor was there after 2 days. There is a note saying the bed sheet will be changed every 2 days, but it was not. It was very dark in the room

The location was sufficiently central to the Wangfujing shopping belt.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was not working throughout my stay. I had to request for the windows in my room to be opened to allow for some ventilation. Unfortunately, the temperatures in Beijing soared and the room remained at a stuffy 28 degrees Celsius. The hotel could not offer any solutions except to keep the windows open. Its pollen season in Beijing and keeping the windows opened meant the pollen was coming into the room.

Cons:

Noble club upstairs was shut due to too many people booked into suites and we booked a suite too but was not allowed to top floor.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located in the city center. Rooms are clean, spacious and well designed. Housekeeping is punctual and efficient. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

Gym and pool area are below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. Breakfast is chaotic and overall was a very disappointing experience.

Le luxe abordable
Pros:

L'arrivée est grandiose, on en prend plein les mirettes. Le lobby donne une impression de grand luxe. Ce qui est assez vrai pour le reste. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, bien spacieuse. Notre fils a apprécié les 2 télévisions. Les lunchs et light dinners étaient aussi appréciés.

Cons:

L'air conditionné qui soit ne fonctionnait pas soit faisait trop de bruit.
La piscine dont l'eau était trop froide.
Le petit-déjeûner n'était pas à la hauteur de l'établissement, que ce soit au niveau goût, variété ou présentation.

Decepcionante.Un cinco estrellas venido muy a menos
Pros:

El hotel está bien situado y el edificio es muy bonito, la habitación era amplia y el personal exceptuando la persona que nos atendió al hacer el check in es amable y atento.

Cons:

El hotel está muy viejo y descuidado, las alfombras llenas de manchas, el papel de la pared está despegado en algunos puntos, la televisión es muy antigua y se ve mal, encontré una “bola” de pelos en una esquina de la habitación y el calor a pesar del aire acondicionado es insoportable, la temperatura no bajó de los 27 grados en la habitación. La persona que nos recibió en la recepción fue muy seca y no hizo ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse con nosotros cuando era evidente que no entendíamos, no nos informó del wifi ni de la posibilidad de contratar el desayuno. Uno de los peores hoteles en los que he estado en China a pesar de ser de los más caros.

Cons:

Кондиционер работал только на обогрев (при том, что была выставлена температура 18 градусов по Цельсию, она ни разу не опустилась ниже 25). Поэтому спать было очень жарко и душно.
