Pros:

Overall, the service fell somewhat short of expectations, and I felt that the staff could have shown more genuine care and attention to guests. Jason, however, was a wonderful exception. He was exceptionally helpful and attentive, and truly made me feel well looked after. Thank you so much, Jason!
