Lovely staff overall unfortunately the room smelled smoky and was way too hot
Pros:

The room was big and beautiful. We booked for the location and classic Chinese style design. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room. We warmed up in it daily. The staff were very kind and always trying to help. Free bottled water and room amenities. Breakfast was lovely and a fair price for adults and kids.

Cons:

Some language barriers. Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarettes once we arrived. It seemed to be common as we walked by other rooms after people checked out and the cleaning staff left the doors open to air out. This is very strange as a non smoker in a non smoking hotel. It took a few days for our room to air out. Also the temperature gauge did not work in our room. We tried to get the temperature lower but it stayed around 30 degrees Celsius, which is way too hot especially for sleeping. I asked staff to fix the thermostat and instead they opened a window. Helped a bit. But for a 5 night stay I had the thermostat set to bring it to 10 but it just stayed at 30.

Un séjour à Pékin mémorable
Pros:

Le personnel l’accueil, les chambres sont très grandes. La ligne de petit déjeuner et très bien servi et divers c’est variés.
Le Personne est vraiment plus pour ses clients aussi bien pour faire ses visites avoir un chauffeur. Franchement je recommande cet hôtel, il est excellent.

Cons:

Il fait vraiment trop chaud dans les chambres

Pros:

​The hotel is visually stunning and offers luxurious, high-end facilities. The location is excellent, situated just an 8-minute walk from the Wangfujing shopping district.

The service and hygiene did not live up to a 5-star standard.
​The reception staff seemed uncomfortable communicating in English, which made interactions a bit difficult. More concerning was the cleanliness; we discovered a dead cockroach between the beds. Despite reporting it and requesting a deep clean, we returned that evening to find the room had been serviced, but the area where the cockroach was found remained untouched and dirty. While they eventually offered us a room change after a second complaint, this level of negligence is unacceptable for a luxury establishment. Truly disappointing.

O Hotel é mais antigo , tradicional mas sensacional. Ótima localização. Quarto amplo e confortável. Excelente café da manhã, café continental + café típico chinês.
