Clean - quiet grass to walk dogs in a good place
Everything was excellent
Great location clean good breakfast
It was a little noisy but wasn't the hotel's fault. At 3:00 a.m., fire alarm went off when a tub overflowed and flooded a room.
Finally, firemen showed up and turned off alarm
Close to everything
Not walking distance to alot of eating spots
Very spacious, big bed and comfortable, love the little speaker and the hot water also loved the breakfast.
Housekeeping didn’t come all weekend of stay, really didn’t have a lot of towels when needed no good soap for a bath or hand washing and also was a little dusty but overall was a good stay
the room was clean
my original reservations were cancelled without notification. We got placed in another room that was different from the one i orginally booked. There was no shampoo or body was in the bathroom and because nobody told us about the "emergency switch" for the lights and outlets to work, we were unable to use any outlets. the light in the bathroom did not come on either.
Close to where I needed to be. That was it.
Dirty, had spiders, mattresses stained, spider webs in each corner, elevator doors graffitied and all scratched up, room had a smell
Very good location
I thought the room rate was ok. About the only good thing I can say.
Breakfast was not very good. The room was just ok. My granddaughter (10) called the place sketchy as soon as we got in the room. The indoor pool is not heated so it was freezing. The bathroom door at the pool does not close. One of our kids had an accident trying to get back to the room I mean the door was open a good 2 ft so everyone could see in. I guess this is a high crime area since you have to have a key to use the elevator. The staff were rude. a couple of the towels in our room had holes in them. I would just not recommend this location to anyone.
The room was decently sized.
The hotel staff screwed up with assigning the room and tried to kick us out a day early and argued with me over the phone until I came down and had to show them that THEY were the ones that screwed up.
Couldn't get to breakfast due to the amount of food other guests took without hotel staff replacing what was gone. Even at 730am, there was no food left.
I tried bringing a video game system along to hook up to the TV, but the remote didn't have an option to change the inputs.
The drawers for clothing were very small.
The room was very dirty. It didn't even look like it was vacuumed. We even found a baggie of marijuana in our room. Absolutely insane.
Nice and very Clean
Nothing I did not like
Location
The thermostat didn’t work in our room and when I told the front desk, I was told how to set a thermostat as if I didn’t know how. We slept in a very cold room our first night. The next morning I told the front desk that the room was still cold. They finally sent someone up to check and the unit was not working. They moved us to another room. Bath tub felt like it was going to collapse. Rooms were not very clean. Stains on walls and doors. Could use a good cleaning.
