Family vacation
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, the pool view. The TV channel selection, AC worked well staff was attentive and they had a waffle maker

Cons:

Lack of trash cans there was one trash can for the kitchenette, bathroom and two rooms, minor wear and tear that could have been easily repaired. Deposit for pots and pans should have been advertised before booking

Excellent Hotel with a Great Complimentary Breakfast
Pros:

Our room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and there were plenty of dressers and storage space to keep all of our belongings organized. The large vanity counter and oversized mirror made it easy for two people to get ready at the same time without having to share the bathroom.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. They offered both regular and decaf coffee, three different cereals, pastries, eggs and sausage, bagels with cream cheese, toast, yogurt, and oatmeal packets. The only minor issue we noticed was that there was just one waffle maker, so guests occasionally had to wait for their turn. Aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again whenever we're in San Luis Obispo.

Pros:

The location made it easy to attend my son's graduation ceremony. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time there.

The grab and go breakfast

Cons:

The only elevator in the property didn’t work which meant we had to lug our luggage up the stairs.
The room had mouldy curtains, mould in the shower felt dirty.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was exceptionally courteous.
The location was also highly favorable.

Cons:

The overall experience was satisfactory, with the exception of the photographs used for promoting the rooms. Upon our arrival, we had anticipated that the beds would be larger, as suggested by the images. However, the queen-sized bed felt rather small. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rest of the experience was excellent.

Location was great - beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great and worked well.

Cons:

Room itself was not very clean (stains on the linen, a lot of hair and dirt in the bathroom), breakfast was a 4/10, there were no towels, hair dryer, or ironing board unless requested. There was no maid service done despite our door requesting it.

Comfortable and good value.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. You can tell it was a converted motel but the conversion was nicely done and functional. There is a/c in the rooms which takes a minute to figure out. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities clean and easy to use. The TV was old fashioned and a bit of a disappointment, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The location is great. It is easy to park near your room and the staff are excellent, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

The TVs and channel selections are very dated.
