Location was great - beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great and worked well.

Cons:

Room itself was not very clean (stains on the linen, a lot of hair and dirt in the bathroom), breakfast was a 4/10, there were no towels, hair dryer, or ironing board unless requested. There was no maid service done despite our door requesting it.

Comfortable and good value.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. You can tell it was a converted motel but the conversion was nicely done and functional. There is a/c in the rooms which takes a minute to figure out. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower and bathroom facilities clean and easy to use. The TV was old fashioned and a bit of a disappointment, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The location is great. It is easy to park near your room and the staff are excellent, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

The TVs and channel selections are very dated.

We’ve been staying in this hotel, it was unfortunate that during our last stay the service got so bad.
Pros:

Very close to downtown

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we checked in (we got there past 3:30pm), we have to wait in the lobby. When we finally got our room the AC (both in the living and bedroom) were not working. We have to watched the maintenance guy to fix it for 1 hour then they he told us it’s broken and he can’t fix it so we have to move all
Our stuff to another room.
The drainage was so slow in the bathroom the towels were dirty .
During check out (we check out 2:30 am) nobody was in the front desk, I rang the bell 3 x nobody answered so I have to call the after hours phone # to check out then the guy on duty appeared and asked me what do I need I said I am checking out and called the after hour phone number. He replied I am here you don’t need to call I replied back , if I saw you behind the desk then I should have not called but you were not here. He sounded so rude!

Not recommended for family stay
Pros:

Staff was very polite and helpful to process our request of cancellation the reservation based on the issues occurred.

Cons:

Extremely old structure and smelly and dirty. There was dead insects in the room upon arrival.
