Las instalaciones en general, el diseño del motel con parking afuera de la habitación.
La habitación con baño grande y cómoda, la cama extra grande, todo excelente.

I would have slep in my truck if it was not so hot out.

Room was not clean floor was very dirty. The alarm in the vacant room next to went off. The breakfast was lacking the waffle iron was not clean.

Pros:

I liked that it was close to where I was visiting.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room wasn't ready at 3pm at check in. We waited there in the lobby for an hour until it was. But then when we entered the room it was disgusting. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was nasty. We had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies because I went to the front desk and asked if they had maid service and the young lady in a rude manner said they don't have maid service. It was horrible. Then about a day later after I replied to a text about how our stay was going from sands I get a text from Scott who is the GM asked if he could speak to him when I got a chance. So I did and he explained to me that it was a problem that they were having with a scheduling app that the maid service uses. I just feel that situation should have been handled a lot more professionally.

Convenient location. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

We reserved and paid for a double queen with a kitchenette and were told upon check in that this room type was not available. We were downgraded to a smaller room and not compensated for the change. We had specifically chosen this hotel because of this room size and type and would have stayed elsewhere if we knew we'd be in a standard room.

Laminated wood flooring was coming up in multiple places and stacked 2 deep in several places. Security chain on door was missing. Paint peeling off walls and paint chips on floor.
