Comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for bars and nightlife over the weekend. The room was clean and no loud neighbors. The hot tub and pool area were clean as well and in working condition for the jets in the hot tub. The T.V. had lots of channels. The staff was very on top of cleaning our room and providing fresh towels.

Cons:

Our toilet was not bolted down all the way and wiggled when you sat down. The outlets in our bed side tables were loose and didn't work all the way. The outlets near the cabinets didn't work either.

Very quite room; the bed was comfortable; appreciated that an ironing board and iron were available in the room

Cons:

The room had a couple of deferred maintenance issues: 1) the folding luggage rack could not be used, as it was missing a screw 2) the bathtub faucet was 1/3 inch out of the wall and only had a screw (instead of a lever) to change the shower settings. Also the pillows were lumpy, very low quality.
Suggestions: 1) replace the office swivel chair with an armchair or some simple chair so that people can safely sit down to remove/ put shoes on. 2) put anti-slip finish on the bottom of the bath tub to prevent slipping

Pros:

Location was good, where all the other motels/hotels are.

Cons:

The bed was broken and the shower didn’t work. I requested a partial refund and was told the manager would call me. They never called.
