Techikailag csak 10-es értékelés adható, de én 11-et adok! :-) Minden tekintetben kiváló szálloda fantasztikus, professzionális személyzettel! Köszönjük a 239-es szobát! Húsvét alkalmából még egy hatalmas ajándék kuglófot is kaptunk! Távozáskor pedig mindannyiunknak adtak 1-1 üveg frissítő ásványvizet a haza útra! Nagyon figyelmes és kedves gesztus! Csak az IRIS HOTEL EDEN-ben fogunk a jövőben is megszállni, ha Prágába megyünk! <3

O Pequeno almoço era bom, embora a oferta fosse igual todos os dias. Sentimos falta de torradeira e a sala de refeições pequena - como éramos 8 tivemos de esperar para obter mesa e nem sempre conseguimos ficar juntos.
Fiz uma reserva para 2 quartos familiares neste hotel, por ser localizado no estádio. No check in foram-nos atribuídos 2 quartos em andares diferentes. nenhum deles com vista para o estádio. O nosso tinha vista para um saguão. Quando questionámos na receção, explicaram que estavam com o hotel cheio, sem hipótese de mudar um dos quartos para o mesmo andar do outro e que os quartos com vista estádio são os mais pequenos, não os familiares. Levaram-nos a um desses quartos para ver o estádio. Pelo que percebi não há qualquer área comum do hotel com vista para o estádio. O hotel é bastante afastado do centro e do que queríamos visitar. A escolha do hotel prendeu-se mesmo com a vista estádio. A reserva dos 2 quartos tinha como objetivo que ficássemos pelo menos no mesmo andar. Foi uma desilusão. A estadia correu bem, sem mais contratempos.
Very comfortable, clean, and cozy hotel.. Transportation to the city center is very easy.The tramway is just a 2-minute walk away and you can reach the center in around 20 minutes.
Raňajky boli výborné bolo tam všetko potrebné a chutné a čerstvé. Lokalita hotela je doslova fantastická. Len 3min. od zástavky električky a 5min. peši cez lávku od shopping centra EDEN. Cesta k Pražskému hradu bez prestupu cca 35min. Hotel sa nachádza priamo v futbalovom štadióne. Počas rizikových zápasov to môže byť asi nie celkom ok. Vedľa je aj múzem Slavia Praha a Fanshop. V hoteli dostanete pri ubytovaní zadarmo Prague Pass tak ušetríte pri atrakciách. Parkovisko je zdarma. V hotel reštaurácii dostanete welcome drink a zľavu do reštaurácie. Pri check out dostatnete vodu na cestu a malé pozornosti čo je veľmi milé. Personál z veľkej časti ukrajinský ale snažili sa.
Hotel už niečo zažil ale je príjemný a čistý. Trocha mi vadilo že na izbe chýbali napríklad servítky. Parkovanie bolo z časti na pevnej ploche a potom na nespevnenom štrku čo bola nevýhoda.
Ubytovanie hodnotíme veľmi pozitívne.
Poloha je výborná, pár minút od hotela je zastávka električky.
V blízkosti je rýchle občerstvenie, tesco, obchody.
Personál veľmi milý. Izba čistá. Raňajky výborné.
Ak do Prahy, tak určite sem.
Nemáme žiadne negatívum
The room was neat, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We were given a discount on dinner at the restaurant and bar, as well as the Praha pass, which gave us a good discount on the water park. Parking was free. We were pleasantly pleased to receive a birthday greeting from our daughter during our stay at the hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

The room we had was a bit cold
Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and professional, making the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is in an excellent location on the Slavia Prague stadium, with easy access to the city center—just about 20 minutes by tram. The rooms were clean and modern, and the free parking was a big plus.
During our stay, several junior sports teams were also at the hotel, and the boys were quite loud, so noise was frequent. In addition, the rooms are very small, and it was a bit cold in the rooms, (in April)
