Beautiful boutique hotel

A wonderful boutique hotel in a beautifully renovated old building located in the centre of the old town of Matera.
We had a gorgeous room with a view.
Front desk Staff were friendly and eager to please.
The wait staff at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

The property was located in a beautiful area of Matera. The views were breathtaking. The hotel itself was perfectly maintained, clean and had the old world charm that can only be found in this ancient city. Truly remarkable.

Un posto da sogno
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a Palazzo Gattini e ci è stato permesso di portare con noi anche il nostro cagnolino che è stato super coccolato dallo staff dell’hotel.
La struttura si trova nel pieno centro ed infatti ci è stata data la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra auto fuori dal centro e la navetta dell’hotel è venuta a prenderci per portarci in struttura comodamente.
Dalla camera dell’hotel si gode di una vista straordinaria e siamo rimasti impressionati dalla pulizia sia delle aree private che degli spazi comuni.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Carmen che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni con professionalità ed estrema gentilezza, la sua accoglienza è stata superlativa.
Abbiamo cenato all’interno del ristorante dell’hotel che si è rivelato essere di altissimo livello, così come il camerieri in sala che sono stati di aiuto sotto tutti i punti di vista, straordinari entrambi.
La colazione molto buona (ma migliorabile) lo staff della colazione anche quello gentilissimo.
La struttura è un posto da sogno dove chi ci lavora fa di tutto per esaudire con gentilezza qualsiasi desiderio dell’ospite.
