Odporúčam.
Pros:

Hotel Palace Portoroz by Minor môžem úprimne odporučiť na vysokej úrovni. Nachádza sa v krásnom prostredí priamo v centre Portoroža, čo je veľká výhoda. Už pri príchode nás na recepcii veľmi milo privítali a všetko bolo perfektne pripravené. Izbu sme dostali peknú a komfortnú. Počas celého pobytu sme boli so všetkým veľmi spokojní.
Raňajky boli výborné – veľký výber, všetko čerstvé, krásne pripravené a čisté prostredie.
Využili sme aj wellness, kde bol personál veľmi príjemný, ochotný a nápomocný. Všetko fungovalo bez problémov. Oceňujeme aj pohodlné matrace, mäkké uteráky a župany – celkovo veľmi príjemný komfort.
Celý hotel pôsobí elegantne, čisto a personál je veľmi ústretový.
Celkové hodnotenie: 10/10. Určite odporúčame.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Empfang am Hoteleingang war sehr professionell organisiert. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr positiv ist auch die Lage vom Hotel.

Cons:

Meerseitig hat man etwas Verkehrslärm bei offenen Fenster. Der Balkon ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend.

Il meglio il concierge Marian molto disponibile e preparato ci ha consigliato un percorso turistico top

Un 5 stelle che non passa in camera il pomeriggio per chiudere tende.
Mancanza di welcome drink (o welcome in camera)
Insomma per essere un 5 stelle mancano le attenzioni all’ospite.
La spa non è all’altezza.
