Quest Parnell

Great location and very easy to get to. The apartment was basic but spacious and comfortable.

Stayed for a couple of nights for a conference.
Another converted office block to Quest apartments. These ones are fresh and smart.
I had a spacious ground floor room with small balcony which got afternoon sun and views of the sky tower.
Small well equipped kitchenette, including washing machine. The bed was big and comfortable.
All the local hostelries of Parnell are on the doorstep. The station and Auckland uni are within walking distance.
Some of the reception staff were school ma’am officious, which is no way to treat adult guests.
Would recommend and stay again if needed.

This was a great stay while in Auckland. Near to so many great cafes and the room had a washer/dryer so we could do laundry as we were in New Zealand for 25 days. The bed was very comfy and the room spotless. Pennie was exceptionally helpful and so flexible with an early check in and giving us good suggestions on what to do, where to go and where to eat. A fabulous experience.

Quest Parnell was a great stay while in Auckland. The place was roomy, bed was very comfortable and we had a washer/dryer to do laundry. The room was spotless and quiet. Pennie was so helpful giving us suggestions of where to go, what to do and dining options. It was superbly located by many cafes, restaurants, shopping, downtown and a beautiful local park. She was fabulous! She even let us and our friends check in early after a long flight from California. The bus transportation nearby was also a plus. We would definitely recommend Quest Parnell to anyone.

Our stay was relaxing, the apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and close to restaurants and central Auckland.

Super friendly, fantastic location in Parnell with tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Really awesome section of Auckland to stay as it’s fun, local yet only 20 minutes from Queen Street. Hotel staff were awesome and helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Very quiet - I felt as though I was the only person on my floor. Walking distance very manageable to the ASB CLASSIC TENNIS. Staff at Quest very helpful especially with the room shower being blocked. Would have enjoyed some salt and pepper as condiments in the unit.

Exceptionally clean!

This was our second stay in Auckland. Lovely to find this charming neighborhood. Nicer than the business section. Loved that Quest had dishes, a little kitchen and even a washer dryer with a thoughtful packet of laundry detergent.

The hotel was central which was great. The room was clean and tidy and a generous size. The balcony was lovely. Our telephone did not work even after it was replaced and there was a terrible noise in our hallway from drying out rooms. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The pool was great, especially being saltwater. it was very easy to book a park for a friend. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had late check in and it was so easy and safe to get into our apartments . So clean and the staff who helped me that very late evening was so patient and helpful over the phone .

So clean. We will be back. Had one issue with the shower filling up quickly so maybe just clean the drains.

Good location, lots of dining options close by and close to the city

I stayed for 2 nights in the studio room which was clean and well equipped. There is a small kitchen, king bed, wardrobe, desk and W/D in bathroom. The room is a good size for 1-2 persons for a short stay of a few nights. If staying longer I would suggest a larger room. The hotel had a small gym and a lap pool which I did not use during my visit. The staff was friendly and available for any questions or concerns.

The only negatives of the room was the shower draining too slowly that the floor filled up some during showers. The kitchen could have used some dish soap and the freezer had ice trays that were stuck due to ice build up.

The location was very convenient and the neighborhood of Parnell is quiet and upscale looking with many choices for shopping and eateries. The Auckland Museum, Domain and Wintergardens are a walking distance to the hotel. You can catch a bus or train to move around the city which were all convenient. There is a dairy called the Wyvern Dairy not far which had some basic food staples/items however they were cash only at the time of my visit. Net Pharmacy is within walking distance. You can take public transportation but I decided to walk to the nearest Countdown for groceries. Lala Cafe which is up the block from the hotel has excellent coffee. There is also a Pita Pit not far for something quick and cheap to eat.

The service was very good and the property it self was amazing will definitely stay again
