Pros:

Location was crazy cheap for the room quality. Coffee in room a big plus. Soap, shampoo and cream too.

Cons:

I was very pleased, I lived in Newport Beach CA nearby and know how impossible that was. I payed for 3 different room locations at the Hilton and was very unhappy about the tickets and "no reservations" by staff. I even gave d them the numbers. They claimed it was Doubletree at the first Hotel and spoke very broken English. Harbor Inn said, just catch the bus across the street it's $2 to Disneyland.

Good location, use only main beds, not the sofas, be ready for additional deposit.
Pros:

Very good location with bus stop nearby and large amount of shops and restaurants. AC working perfectly during one of the worst heatwaves (36*C and higher). Quiet most of the time and it the inn is worth for a price.

Cons:

Main bed was good, but the sofa was not padded and all springs were digging into my back. Additional deposit was required as well, which i was not prepared plus the cleaniness of the room was okayish (dust on the sills and painting frames, feet and socks were dirty if not walked within shoes)

Pros:

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The area felt unsafe and run down. The room itself was nice. They also charged a $100 damage deposit which was excessive compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

If you are visiting Disneyland this hotel is a great option to stay at.
Pros:

I have been there 3 times but no renovations of the room I am a hotel worker also it seems that they haven’t clean the parts that is already seen in the comfort room and in the bedroom. Few cleaning workers and i have seen that they are a bit stressed of the work that’s why I haven’t let them clean our room . So sad but that happens😞

poorly maintained
Pros:

Well located, spacious rooms, has a refrigerator, microwave, and iron.

Cons:

We stayed in one room and on the first night my daughter was bitten by bugs. I complained and they offered us another room where the shower water didn't get hot and the toilet was dirty.
