Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Cleanliness
I was extremely disappointed with the condition of our hotel room. The room was incredibly dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
There were visible footprints and dirty marks all over the walls. The bathroom had hair left behind, and the towels were stained and dirty, making them completely unusable. To make matters worse, when we unfolded one of the towels, a clump of hair fell out of it. It was absolutely disgusting.
Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property failed miserably. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, unsanitary, and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Guests should not have to worry about whether their room, bathroom, or even their towels have been properly cleaned.

Cheap for the stay
Pros:

It’s it some what run down
The ac was busted and could have blown more
The sofa couch had no pillows or blankets

Cons:

Room had false eyelashes still on the lamp shade from previous occupants, fake nail on the ground, and a use bandage on the side of the table. Floor had hair and was dirty. Beds were made and im hoping it was fresh sheets and towels at least. I told front desk the next day and he said he would have it cleaned the next day while we were out and it didnt happen. When checking out, clerk was rude and not apologetic at all. Won't stay again.
