An inconvenient and outdated stay with poor flexibility and an atmosphere that did not feel guest-focused.

Cons:

This property is significantly outdated, with worn furniture and stained towels/linens that did not feel properly refreshed. The overall atmosphere was harshly scented with bleach rather than clean. Management was completely inflexible with early or late check-in requests (not even with an additional fee) and they also refused to store luggage, which is extremely inconvenient given the hotel’s close proximity to Disneyland. For travelers with late flights or park plans, this lack of accommodation is a major drawback. The environment also did not feel travel-focused and seemed to cater more to short-term “extra-curricular” visits if you know what i mean. I would not recommend this location for travelers seeking comfort, flexibility, or convenience.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación.
En la recepción tras un accidente automovilístico nos ayudaron con los teléfonos para poder hacer los tramites. Muy amables.

Pros:

It was in a good location to what were there for. Didn't see much of the staff. Office wasn't open and no coffe made. I asked a guy for a couple extra bath towels and he acted like he really didn't want to give them too me. There was a couple holes in wall were door know had hit it. And one of the bed speed had a stain.

Cons:

Great location for us. And for most part was clean

Very clean, polite staff and reasonable rates
Pros:

Exceptionally clean room. Big bathroom. Hot shower and within walking distance to most areas I needed to be. Staff were great especially the maids. They refreshed towels daily. Soaps and toiletries also. I would stay here again for the price and the accommodations. The only negative thing was the WiFi. They either need new service or something stronger. It went out off and on. Other than that it was awesome.

The WiFi connection. Other than that, it was great.

Bijna niets. Het enige wat wel handig zou zijn dat als er een badkuip is dat er ook een stop zou zijn zodat ik het bad vol kan laten lopen.

The room was nothing like the listing. For paying over $500 I am very disappointed. I never write reviews, and I probably wouldn’t have if the customer service was better. There was mold in the bathroom, the shelf in the shower was cracked and broken. When we checked in the window was closed yet there were little bugs flying in the room. The second lock on the door was broken, the main light would not stay on in the room only the lamps. We forgot my child’s blanket and live 4+ hours away and already left the area, the hotel said they would not ship it back to us.

Room was infested with ants and front desk was completely unhelpful. STAY AWAY

Short Uber ride to Disney.

Cons:

We came back to our room to find it infested with ants, all over the furniture, bed, and our bags. Only solution the property had was for us to move to a one bed, meaning two people would have to sleep on the floor, and offered no compensation of any kind. Front desk was completely unhelpful. Cleaning service never came, and when we asked the front about it, they lied and said our Do Not Disturb sign was out, when it wasn't. DO NOT STAY HERE

Excellente hotel!
Pros:

La verdad la ubicación está perfecta. Sercas de todo. Amiable personal y muy facil para aser el check in y check out. Elevador trabaja muy bien. Cuando ocupe tuallas limpias me llegaron y sacaron la basura
