À notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas de serviette de bain et avons dû aller en demander à la réception. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut donner l’heure à laquelle on veut y aller. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu notre café comme nous avions presque terminé de déjeuner et ce parce que nous avons dû le demander. Du coup, nous n’avons rien commandé de ce qui était proposé car personne n’est venu. Alors que nous devions réserver!
Tout ceci n’est pas digne d’un 4*. C’est dommage !

We had a really happy, memorable time and Scott’s Hotel was perfect in almost every way. staff were outstanding, room/beds/shower etc excellent, lounge area, bar all very well planned and comfortable, live music lovely - all in all a great hotel let down by less than good food.
We had dinner at Scott’s on one night and the food was not at all good. Lovely staff and efficient service but food really disappointing - especially for a 4* hotel.
The location was good for downtown Killarney sights. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good.
Due to the location right next to an outside bar and music area, it tended to be loud late into the night. The initial drive to locate the car park and entrance was a little confusing at first.
