Отличное расположение, за приемлемую цену попался полный пансион и несколько спа процедур , входящих в стоимость. Отличный вид из окна

Cons:

Не было питьевой воды в номере, халатов и тапочек. Но сказав об этом на ресепшене, нам принесли халаты и тапочки.

Klau ich den Tresor?
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war aufgestockt auf eine Suite zwecks rauchen, bekam ich diese wegen dem Balkon. Das Zimmer war definitiv exklusiv und das für den Preis, finde ich sehr sozial. Das Bad hatte Bodenheizung zusätzlich einen Handtuchheizkörper. Das Thermostat im Hauptzimmer war nicht gesperrt, sondern frei wählbar.

Cons:

- Es roch im Bad etwas Modrig, was jedoch über lüften weg war.
- EA Hotel und Hotel Elefant oder was auch immer und Atlantic ich weiß bis jetzt noch nicht was eigentlich richtiger ist. Es verwirrt total und ich hab mir erst einmal nen Affen gesucht um die richtige Location zu finden.
Besser wäre man lässt das mit dem Elefanten weg und beschreibt ausschließlich dass die Rezeption sich im Gebäude von diesem Atlantic befindet. Dann läuft man nicht erst umsonst ins Cafe Elefant und sucht verzweifelt die Rezeption.
-Der Tresor im Schrank war nicht befestigt, habe kurzzeitig überlegt diesen zu entwenden. Habe mich jedoch dagegen entschieden 😂😂

Sehr gutes Hotel, aber bei der Organisation gibt es noch Raum für Verbesserungen.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt äußerst zentral, das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, der Altbau ist ansprechend, dazu gab es einen herrlichen Blick auf den Fluss. Auch das Frühstücksangebot ist großartig.

Cons:

In der Rezeption herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Dame, mit der wir dort zu tun hatten, konnte mehrere Sprachen und war freundlich und kompetent. Aber wegen der umfangreichen gesetzlichen Registrierungsanforderungen entstand eine sehr lange Schlange, obwohl die Zahl der eintreffenden Gäste überschaubar war. Für einen zweiten Tisch hätte selbst der Platz kaum ausgereicht. Im Frühstücksraum behinderten sich Gäste und Bedienungen manchmal gegenseitig.

Pros:

Pokoj malý,ale útulný a čistý. Hotel na dobrém místě. Snídaně dostačující,ale bohužel v jiné budově.

Cons:

Byli jsme v lednu a bohužel nehřálo topení, možná jen u nás na pokoji. Byli jsme jen na přespání,tak jsme to zvládli 😅
