Pros:

Location is great! Staff was friendly and very helpfull. Breakfast has a lot of option.

Cons:

There were renovation in the hotel right next to our room, each day we were woken up at 8am by them. Only 2 elevators in the hotel which were almost everytime full. The pool is very crowed and doesn't always have place. Although the hotel did have some renovations done, they clearly aren't finished yet.

Mediterranean’s Diamond.
Pros:

Everything!!!
That was a perfect stay.
Rooms really nice with a wonderfull sea and city view.
Even in the room you feel like in the sea.
Breakfast is really nice compairing to Europes’ kitchen.
Cafeteria, pool and sea, all at the same area.
You do not need to walk!
As a mother with two kids it was a really comfortable holiday for me.
Hotel’s personel very polite, friendly and helpful.
Thank for everything.

Alapvetően rendben van, de lenne min javítani a tökéletes élmény és kikapcsolódás érdekében.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel vannak az éttermek, az éjszakai élet. Gyönyörű a kilátás, a medence es a tenger is tókeletes.

Cons:

Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen, a szobában lévő hűtő használhatatlan. A fürdőben nagyon minimális a fény. A szállodában folyó felújítást gond nélkül már reggel 8kor elkezdték - fúrás, kopácsolás. A személyzet egy része nem túl kedves.

Cons:

Sehr laut ( ab 5 Uhr in der Früh) Verkehrslärm. Und Baustelle im Hotel. Preis leistungsverhaeltnis passt gar nicht,: die Zimmer sind zwar in Ordnung aber angewohnt und das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen ( dafür 180 Euro pro Person ist mehr als übertrieben) und bei mir war es zusätzlich extrem laut. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but in my opinion it feels more like a 3+ star hotel rather than a true 4-star property. The facilities are somewhat dated and the hotel could benefit from renovation. However, everything is clean, well-maintained, and tidy, which makes the stay comfortable. For a one-week vacation, it offers everything you need and provides a pleasant overall experience.

Cons:

The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was staff training and experience. At breakfast, dinner, and reception, some team members seemed unsure when answering questions or providing information. That said, everyone was consistently kind, courteous, and eager to assist, so this did not significantly affect our overall stay.

Hot, peaceful.
Pros:

Location, can’t complain, just out of the party scene.

Cons:

The lifts, algorithm was messed up. You could be waiting and watching the lift climb from -1 to 7 then if someone on 3 pressed the button, it would forget about 7 then go back down.

A lovely stay that made my trip to Malta even more special.
Pros:

Great breakfast and excellent location. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from neighboring balconies late at night , which could be heard quite clearly from the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
