Numa Prague Root

When I hadn’t received the email with the PIN number I was in a slight panic. However they were SUPER friendly and easy to contact via the number outside the building and I was in the room within 10 mins. Brilliant all around!

Clean and comfortable stay. The location is great as well. Beds and the bedding were super comfy and we had a nice sleep. Room had all the amenities as well.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Brilliant apartment lots of space.

Great room, it was large and comfortable. The location also made exploring the city so easy and there were some great restaurants nearby too, we would definitely stay again!

Everything about my stay was perfect but I have to really make a mention of the great service. I requested an early check in and they were able to grant that to me which amazed me. I've stayed at a Numa property before and I'm definitely a fan.

便利なエリアにあり、トラムを使えばどこにでもいけます。地下鉄駅もそばにありますし、プラハ中央駅からも問題なく歩けます。

Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Bitte beachten Sie aber beim Buchen in Expedia, dass die Zimmerkategorien falsch eingestuft sind und daher wurden wir im falschen Zimmer gebucht! Zum Glück hat das Team vom Hotel alles gelöst.

Ottima struttura

Absolutely lovely stay, very relaxing great room amenities and communal areas. Very safe and quiet. Only issue was the milk was sour for my tea and coffee so had to buy some!

Praticamente sublime il miglior hotel in cui sono stato la stanza grande pulita con letto ultra comodo con 4 cuscino onestamente sembra un 4 o piu stelle bagno e doccia fantastica non c'è reception pero tramite whatup se hai problemi rispondono immediatamente e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema anche io non ho mai avuto problemi ma immagino che se ci fossero dei problemi si facevano in 4 per risolvere il problema immediatamente

Don't risk it. This place has no reception so it's full of all types of people. Not the kind you want to live beside. A guy was using a key up his nose in the elevator...you know what for.

Not to mention without a reception you miss out on safety, on if any problems arise, and generally the area is awful.

I'd go -1/10 if I could.

Great stay. Easy self check in. Super responsive team on their WhatsApp. Only thing to be aware of is that the walking route google maps takes you through leads to a doorway that is sometimes locked later in the evening, and you have to go around the block to enter from the other side.

It's a beautiful hotel with very nicely appointed rooms.
The location is not exactly handy to the river or the old centre but it's not too remote either. There are places to eat very nearby.
My only issue was checking in via the non attendant service as I did not receive the code prior to arriving.

Best hotel of our trip (there were five of them.) We loved the look, the quiet street, the design, the lighting, the lobby, the pillows (finally big after three hotels in Italy with paper thin ones), the details, the tea, the bathroom, pretty good place. We loved staying here, to the point that when we had to leave (cause I booked one more hotel for our last night in Prague) we felt we wanted to stay (and probably would have, if we had had the option to cancel the other one). Trying to be fair and mention absolutely every aspect of it, I would say location was nice and walkable to many places... some folks may want to be even closer to old town, maybe. And customer service was always there and great, not always providing the info we were looking for, but maybe part misunderstanding so I will own half of that. But helpful system, had all the check in info in advance and clear, and most of the interaction were quick, simple and on time. I doubt we will be back in Prague soon, but we would choose the same place... and we may seriously consider Numa for stays in other places in Europe, cause we loved this one.
