GROUP POLICY: When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. PET POLICY – PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN OUR HOTEL. Hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a guest who arrives with a pet and cancel without any refund.

WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Deluxe category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodations in any other room despite valid reservation.

PARKING: Hotel parking 2 parking lots only (accesible by car elevator) and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Car (garage) for 29 EUR per night. For security reasons, LPG, CNG, electric and hybrid vehicles are not allowed to park in the garage. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. Charging of electrobikes is not allowed for fire security reasons.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE: Guests are required to present the payment card provided during the online reservation process. If this card is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations without any refund.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Viszonylag jó elhelyezkedés,tisztaság,átlagos reggeli,finom kávé.Nagyon kényelmes ágy.

Cons:

A fogadó recepciós hölgy rendkívül udvariatlan,elutasító volt.Szerencsére a személyzet többi tagját nem ez jellemezte.
A fürdőszobai kád kényelmetlen,kapaszkodó sincs.
A szobámban a klímát/fűtést nem tudtam beindítani.
Kétágyas szobáért egy fő részére ugyanannyit kellett fizetnünk,mint két fő részére.Ez így rendben is van,de amikor + egy fő elhelyezését kértük,több ezer koronát kellett ráfizetnünk.

Excelente en todo
Pros:

Habitación enorme y todo muy limpio. La cama comodísima y muy grande. Desayuno muy bueno, completo y variado. Ubicación muy cerca del centro y sin ningún ruido. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

Nous avons pu faire tout à pieds au départ de l hotel ! Il y a des restaurants partout autour des pubs.... on était à proximité de tout.
