Pros:

Apesar de não ser no centro da cidade, é de fácil acesso. O hotel é bem cuidado e o café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

A cama rangia um pouco. O nosso quarto era bem de frente pra recepção e logo cedo quando a recepção abriu, os barulhos de vozes eram muito altos. De início achei que eram hóspedes, o que não seria culpa do hotel, mas depois percebi que pareciam ser as funcionárias conversando entre si ou no telefone.

Il personale addetto alle pulizie. Gentile, disponibile, e attento.

Cons:

La colazione è stata servita con prodotti confezionati e industriali, il che ne ha penalizzato la qualità. Il caffè e il cappuccino offerti non erano particolarmente buoni, probabilmente a causa della macchina automatica a disposizione degli ospiti. Una presenza dedicata, come un barista, avrebbe sicuramente migliorato l’esperienza al risveglio.

All'interno del piatto doccia erano visibili alcune zone scure, presumibilmente dovute alla presenza di muffa o residui non adeguatamente puliti. Questo dettaglio ha dato l'impressione di una scarsa manutenzione e ha influito negativamente sulla percezione generale della pulizia del bagno.
