最終日の早朝にホテルスタッフが誤って部屋に入ってきた（6時ごろ）。フロントにて確認してほしいと依頼したところ、監視カメラには誰も映っていないと言われた。こちらは出て行った後を廊下を2名の女性が走るのを見届けており、明らかにスタッフ側の嘘である。実害もなくちょっとしたことだが、中国の悪い面を久々に目の当たりにし、少し残念な気持ちになった。

The staff was always very helpful. Taxi service was good.
Besides the hotel restaurants, there are not too many food options s. TGIF is by the hotel. There is a mall 1 km away, close to the convention center, with fast food and a Costa (coffee place). Metro station is close, walking is safe.

裝潢新，房間隔音超爛，能聽到隔壁聊天內容，常有煙味。房間能看到部分鳥巢。

少し歩けば商店などのある交差点があり、ペットボトル水のサービスは充分ありますが、階層や場所によっては眺望が余り良くないです。
レストランでは英語がほとんど通じないのですが、店員さんは何とか対応してくれました。

Next to the "bird nest" stadium. Breakfast buffet had various choices of Chinese and Western food and tasted good.
Unfortunately the room has some smell which was not comfortable.
Staff members at the reception speak some English but the answer could vary depending on the person (e.g. appropriate time to leave the hotel for the airport.)

部屋の場所によっては眺望はあまり良くないかと思います。
レストランでももう少し英語が通じるようにしてほしいです。

怎么说呢，前台很好，酒店比较旧了，周边呢，根本没有其他餐厅，熨斗也不是每个房间一个，如果一定要住，也可以，不过就觉得还好吧

출장으로 갔는데 가격도 저렴한편이고 서비스도 좋습니다. 청결하고 컨벤션센터와도 가깝네요

員工很有禮貌，辦事速度也挺高。這是我印象比較深刻的地方。房間也很舒適。酒店的自助早餐種類蠻多，可是味道可以更好。

Das Hotel war von der Ausstattung grundsätzlich sehr gut. Leider wurde unsere Buchung nicht gefunden und es hat mehr als 1h in der Lobby gebraucht bis wir ein Zimmer bekommen haben. Das Personal war zwar sehr bemüht, dürfte aber die Buchung von Expedia nicht in der gewünschten Form übermittelt bekommen haben.
Wir haben zwar dann ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, wo jedoch die Klima-Anlage defekt war. Beim Aussteigen aus dem 10. Stock hat man schon gemerkt, dass 33 Grad am Flur waren. Im Zimmer sind wir dann auf 40 Grad gekommen. Die Klima-Anlage hat nur warme Luft abgegeben, sodass wir beide Fenster öffnen mussten, wo die Außentemperatur bei ca. 3 Grad war.
Im Restaurant hat keiner (weder Kellner, noch Restaurant-Manager) Englisch gesprochen und die Verständigung für ein einfaches Menü, als auch der Weg zur Toilette war sehr mühselig.
Ebenso funktionierte die Feedback-Seite bzw. Kontakt-Seite von Expedia auch nicht. Der Text wurde zwar eingegeben, aber der Button zum Absenden des Formulars hat nicht funktioniert (Klick ins Leere)

Excellent views of the Olympic park and right next to the 4th ring road so convenient for getting around

不満あり。帰りに空港行きのタクシーをフロントでお願いしたが、スタッフが呼んだタクシーが値段が高い配車でした。通常１２０元程度が２４０元ほどの支払いとなった。

Make sure you are placed in the same type of room you have reserved and you may find yourself quite comfortable. Huge breakfast buffet makes for a great start to the day.

Nice location right beside the Olympic Park and National Stadium. The Olympic park is a great place to go for a walk after have some local hot pot!

仕事でした。ホテルは良いのですが周囲に何もなく、ホテルのストアも遅くまでは空いていないので、夜着の場合は飲食物を空港などで入手しておく必要がありますね。

Experience was good. But the location of the hotel in relation to the city is kind of far. I found myself taking a cab more often than I wanted. The bike is the best way to travel in Beijing.

Never again, the carpets in the room were not cleaned, the beds uncomfortable and after 9 pm it was not possible to get a drink at the bar. The staff almost didn't spoke english...
