Very disappointing compared to our last stay.
Pros:

The location, as well as ,the staff. They were quite efficient and friendly.

Cons:

The general decline of the facility compared to a year ago. The main areas including the hallway, pool, workout room, etc. were extremely warm and had no AC. The hot water in the shower and sink was out for at least 2 days. The door handles to the pool was broken when it could have been an easy fix, carpet peeling up, and other manageable things that shouldn’t be broken.

Should have stayed elsewhere.
Pros:

The property was quiet, particularly when it was completely full during our stay. Our room - king bed with jacuzzi - was large. It had 3 living areas with a television in each. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Mechanical maintenance in our room was very poor. Lights did not work, light switches were missing parts, Remotes did not identify which tv they went with, there was a large hole along the rim of the hot top, the in-tub lighting did not work, the access panels were taped in place with clear packing tape, and more. All issues were mentioned to the front desk, but nothing happened. No one checked the room. I received a welcome email. I listed the issues with the room, but nothing happened. We were not impressed at all.

Worst experience of my life and will never go back.
Pros:

There wasn’t anything that I liked there.

Cons:

. I couldn’t get into the room until 2 hours after my check in time. There wasn’t enough blankets for all the beds. The room was dirty. I asked for a conjoining room and we ended up being split up on two separate floors. The fridge didn’t work. We were told there was a hot tub and there wasn’t . The hotel smelled like nothing but weed. The pool was extremely small and echoed so bad you couldn’t stand to be in there. My room was almost $300 for one night and it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Don’t park your car anywhere but in front.
Pros:

Cons:

There was a rash (6) of car breakins, the HVAC system was barely working, and they seemed to be short staffed…although staff was very friendly

Pros:

Good location. Quick check in. Room was huge. Bed comfortable. Whirlpool tub was nice, loved that it even had lights inside of it that changed color. The nook that house the tub had its own tv which was nice too. Over all it was a decent room, very spacious, hotel lobby was big and had a variety of areas to sit. Indoor pool looked niced. AC worked great, and the sheets/blankets on the bed kept you warm.

Cons:

Room Design is very modern but has not been updated/kept up. 3 tvs the one infront of the bed the color of the tv kept changing, possible connection or light bulb issue. 2 remotes but only 1 worked. Light switches missing knobs, holes in the curtains, paint peeling in spots, carpet torn in spots. Check out is at 11 but house keeping showed up just after 9 and tried to enter the room but only reason they they couldn't was because of the hotel lock and they seemed shocked when I appeared through the door opening. Probably need better controls in place to employees don't enter hotel rooms that are occupied until the keys after been turned in. As a female traveler that moment could have turned out worse..

Do NOT recommend!
Pros:

This was our third time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was by far our worst experience. We've always enjoyed staying here in the past, which made this visit even more disappointing.

We traveled with a group that occupied seven rooms, and everyone experienced similar issues.

The biggest problem was housekeeping. Despite multiple requests, our room was never properly serviced. We went the entire week without body wash being replenished, didn't receive fresh towels regularly, and our beds were never made. We found ourselves repeatedly asking for basic items that should have been provided without having to request them.

Another major issue was the temperature throughout the hotel. The lobby, hallways, elevators, and restaurant were unbearably hot. We had planned to spend time in the lobby visiting with the other families in our group, but it was simply too uncomfortable to sit there. The restaurant was also so hot that we chose not to eat there.

The heat was so excessive that the complimentary candy sitting in the bowl at the front desk had completely melted. That alone should have indicated there was a serious problem with the air conditioning in the common areas.

Since this was our third stay, we know this is not the standard this hotel has provided in the past. However, this visit was a major disappointment. When seven different rooms all experience the same problems, it's clear these were not isolated incidents. We sincerely hope management addresses these issues because we'd like to see this hotel return to the quality we experienced on our previous visits.

It was the bare minimum stay.
Pros:

The entry into the hotel was nice. The room set up was okay.

Cons:

I didn't like there was no a/c in the lobby. The elevators weren't clean. You barely had front desk staff. They don't ask if you're a member or not. The pool area was heated but not the pool I was told it's an indoor heated pool. Rooms weren't clean or dusted. Towels had a stain. Some not all.

Bed bugs, pubic hair and filth
Pros:

⭐☆☆☆☆

I stayed at this hotel for a work event and was extremely disappointed with the overall condition, cleanliness, and lack of amenities throughout the property. From the moment I walked into the hallways, there was a strong unpleasant odor that continued into my room.

The room was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The carpets were stained and filthy, the wallpaper was ripped off the walls, and there were noticeable stains on the lampshades. Most concerning, I found pubic hair in the shower and signs of bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety.

The conference facilities were also extremely outdated with very limited amenities, making them inadequate for a professional work event. Additionally, there was no food service available, which was a major inconvenience during a multi-day conference.

Overall, this property is in desperate need of renovation, deep cleaning, and significant improvements to both its guest rooms and event spaces. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

Comfortable sleep
Pros:

The location was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was not clean! The sheets and towels were clean but the floor had not been vacuumed, the edges of the carpet were very dusty, the table tops and shelves were dusty and the shower grout had mildew. No one was ever at the front desk or working in the lobby area.

Dirty and hot
Pros:

I would never recommend this hotel as a travel agent. The sad part is I would recommend this brand but the office needs to do something about this location. We walked in nobody was on the desk then I walked around looking for someone where I saw a worker that looked like they were passed out high in an employee area near the bathroom with the door open. I finally got someone to the front desk and asked if the rooms are as hot as the lobby and she proceeded to insure me they were not which was correct. Upon getting in the room the bathroom tub was either still dirty or chipped on the outside there was a used coffee filter in the kureig still and a hair of some sorts in the tub. These are all pictured below. It seemed as if the house cleaning made the bed ran the sweeper and took out what was in trash bags but did nothing more than the bare minimum.

Accessible Room??
Pros:

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and check in was easy.

Cons:

We were in Columbus for ankle surgery. We stayed the night before my surgery and I booked an "accessible" room. It was on the 2nd floor, which was okay, given that I was being pushed in a wheelchair. The room itself was easily spacious enough to be pushed around. The big problems that I saw, as far as being accessible, were in the bathroom. The floor plate going into the bathroom was too high to easily move a wheelchair across. I had to be pulled in. The shower was not a walk-in. It was in a traditional bathtub. The hotel provided a double shower bench that could be placed in the tub. However, it would have taken up most or all of the tub, causing difficulty for moving around. Being unable to put any weight on my ankle, I would not have safely been able to shower.

Not a good experience, don’t stay until Hotel is refreshed.
Pros:

Unfortunately our 3 night stay was not good. On first inspection we felt the room clean, however that was not the case. The stopper on the sink was extremely dirty and my wife had to clean a black crude round the bottom of stopper to drain. In addition there was a water leak under sink. The mattresses were probably the original when hotel was new. The mattress I slept on had a long lump caused by the pillow topper bunched up from wear. I told the management, and they told me they would change rooms for us. We had unpacked and decided not to move. The first night I found a black small black bug crawling across the night stand, I killed it and assumed it was solo. It proved not to be. The next night an additional black bug killed.
We ‘re not ones to complain however we can not recommend staying at this hotel. This was our first visit to a Cambria Hotel and will not go again.
We paid for this visit with points through Capital One, and would love to have those points credited back to our account.
