Smell of air freshener was too strong. Room was on the street which was loud. Temperature control an issue although we appreciated the fan. I would advise NO street parking in front of, as our parked car was hit.
Location fab for public transport and access to city centre. Great value for money, comfy, clean. Close to lots of reasonably priced eateries as in student area. Walking distance to botanics and city centre.

£183 but usually around £125 for Satnight (I checked). Students moving into Queens uni this weekend so is there a bit of price hiking going on? No window, we had an emergency glass door so left it open a bit all night for air. Night lights on all night as door opened o to emergency stairwell. Didnt expect that. Room size on ad but appeared much smaller. Rubbish,clothes and old sofa dumped on street beside entrance, I know staff cant do anything about it but very unsightly

Bed was super comfy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The busy road outside, but that is no fault of the hotel and to be fair it's to be expected at any hotel within the city of Belfast. Especially those on busy main streets.
