Pros:

La atención es excelente como siempre, son todos súper atentos. El personal de recepción es excepcional.

Cons:

La limpieza podría mejorar. Nos tocó una cama unida por un cubre cama que se deslizaba y siempre alguno terminaba en el hueco del medio. También nos tocó un baño con una ducha muy pequeña.
El desayuno carece de opciones saladas, si bien tiene huevos, siempre están fríos.

Cons:

Las exigencias del hotel para la cantidad de fallas que tiene, la ropa de cama con pelos, las toallas deterioradas, la puerta del baño casi no cerraba, el colchón se desarmaba, una puerta en medio de la habitación media rara.
