Just dont
Cons:

The lady at check in that night was rude, ended up charging me again even tho I had paid with booking and explained that to her and showed her. In the process of getting my money back from their charge.

Pros:

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast bar was exceptional. Elevator was quick when called.

Cons:

My room this time shared a wall with the elevator which exposed us to mu h more noise than a guest should have to deal with.

Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing. The smell the second you walk in just smelled like fresh Christmas. Beautifully decorated.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Eggs were runny more like watery on both days. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that no one notified us. There was no ice working on the second floor prior to me finding out on my own.

We had a wonderful experience!
Pros:

We were given wonderful treatment. We were allowed to check in early and out late. The staff and atmosphere were very courteous and the decor festive. The rooms were quiet, clean and had microwaves and mini fridges.

Cons:

Breakfast was less than ideal. The toaster's placement made it hard for the line to move efficiently. Maybe placing it at the end of the counter would be better. They were out of yogurt & there were no non pork alternatives for the breakfast meat.
