I will not stay here again unless I have no other option
Pros:

Good location. Rooms are clean and staff are nice and polite

Cons:

Stayed 4 nights. Wednesday thru Sunday.
Has a 3 day reservation but decided to go a day early ,so we so got a 1 night reservation.
We were able to keep the same room for the Second reservation so Friday night I asked for maid service on Saturday. We leave the room at 6:00 am Saturday morning and I asked on the way out the door if we were going to be getting maid service and was told yes,only to return late Saturday to find that no one had been there to clean. We had to take out the trash go get clean towels for a second time get Toilet paper from the front desk all while others were checking in. I was told about an hour later that they were going to refund part of my money to make up for the way the hotel had treated us but Four days later I still haven’t gotten that.
I’ve never been treated in this manner at what is supposed to be a 4 and 5 star hotel.

It was a short, overnight stay. But it was very clean, convenient and comfortable stay. Perfect place for a quick stay.
Pros:

It was the perfect spot on our way to SC. We were able to visit Seiverville for the day.

Cons:

The lady at check in that night was rude, ended up charging me again even tho I had paid with booking and explained that to her and showed her. In the process of getting my money back from their charge.

Pros:

The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Breakfast bar was exceptional. Elevator was quick when called.

Cons:

My room this time shared a wall with the elevator which exposed us to mu h more noise than a guest should have to deal with.

Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing. The smell the second you walk in just smelled like fresh Christmas. Beautifully decorated.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Eggs were runny more like watery on both days. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that no one notified us. There was no ice working on the second floor prior to me finding out on my own.
