Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location by the water. Very quiet and close to all north end sites and food. Very clean
Location, staff, amenities were all excellent. Important parts of room like bathroom and bed are newer and excellent. Condition of some furniture was aged, the safety box didn't work, and you have to request a refrigerator, so not perfect, but I'd stay there again.
Good location con lenient to everything we wanted about the city...
We didnt even have a mini fridge in our room which we were supposed to.. and the "complimentary" ice was scoops served in garbage bags stored in a mini freezer in the lobby....

Lovely hotel, spacious nice big room.
No Safe in the room, asked reception twice but nothing was sorted. Location was a bit off the beaten track, a good 20 min+ walk to downtown, the area is deserted at night.
The beds were very hard to sleep on
The location, how quiet it was for downtown Boston, and the corner room was amazing!
No microwave or fridge in the room…BUT when we asked about a fridge they delivered one to our room which was very accommodating!

Every single staff member, from the doorman to the front desk, to the restaurant- goes the extra mile, to make you feel as though you are the only guest in the hotel!!!
The rooms are spacious & extremely well appointed!! Literally- everything you want & even things you didn’t know you wanted ( right down to the multitude of Poland Springs water bottles in each room)!!

Lovely room. Lovely tub. Lovely shower. Liked this particular King Suite layout. Bed was very comfortable. Valet parking was convenient.
The price was a bit high.
This hotel is offset from the busy road, its quiet & peaceful. The rooms were spacious, very clean & comfortable. The staff were impeccable. Friendly, helpful, pleasant. I was nervous due to other reviews but it's clear that some people are never satisfied OR we visited after improvements were made in those areas. I've stayed at quite a few Boston hotels (15+) and this one is in my top 5 choices.
I stayed at teh Battery Wharf for 2 nights on a business trip and loved it. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from North End and 10 minute ride to Kendell Square. I also loved that you can take a walk on the water in the evening. I would definetely stay again!
Excellent hotel in every way - and a great location. Spacious and comfortable room with a fantastic bathroom. Nice blue-colour scheme and not a cookie-cutter establishment - nautical accents everywhere. Great location - really great - and safe and eminently walkable. Pleasant staff.
Location is perfect! A short walk to Hanover and all the restaurants ,cafes & churches. The hotel is always immaculate- from the front doors to the rooms. Hotel staff is attentive and friendly.
