Notre séjour s’est magnifiquement bien passé, le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner exquis et la chambre ainsi que l’hôtel sont d’une propreté incroyable.
Absolument rien tout était très bien
They overcharged us by a considerable amount. Made a reservation on their website. The confirmation read "$232.07 includes fees and taxes". Upon check-out the invoice read $272.84. There were no additional charges like parking or food, that was the base price. No one said there was a price change at check-in or check-out. I realized the overcharge when I got home. Upon calling for a refund, I was met with confrontation although eventually they agreed to refund the $40.77 overcharge.
Location
Very clean
We lost our power during the storm and decided to come back to the Battery Wharf hotel. We have come before when we lose power. We were warmly greeted by Sophia at the front desk and she upgraded our reservation. Our room was lovely. It overlooked the water and had a very large bathroom with a soaking tub. We took advantage of the in room expresso machine. The area around the hotel is beautiful. We like the proximity to the North End and enjoyed a cozy dinner on Hanover Street. It was a short walk from the hotel. The room was very clean and the common areas are great spaces to hang out. We will return!
Beautiful rooms and very clean! Would stay again. Staff was so friendly. Only complaint is not close to public transport.
Lovely hotel with a fantastic location at the edge of the North End. The staff were fantastic and we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back!
Great hotel on Boston Harbor. Good value. Close to the North End with great restaurants and Faneuil Hsll is even closer.
Very pleasant stay, thank you. Clean and comfortable, very close to everything I needed. Walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, bars etc.
If you want luxury, excellent customer service, a great onsite restaurant, suberb bartenders - all in an amazing Boston location? Here you are! Worth everu penny and I will be back.
Friendly staff, great location, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Loved the robes, the view, and the drinks and crab cake at the bar were amazing. Favorite hotel in Boston so far and I would love to come back
Nothing dislike really but there was no fridge in the room. It looked like the empty cabinet to the left of the tv had one so maybe it broke? Didn’t end up needing one but would have been good to have :)

Nothing
We had a fabulous stay in a waterfront facing room. Beautiful view each morning, waking up to ducks diving for breakfast. We would make a cup of in room Nespresso and then head down to our breakfast at the restaurant. The avocado toast was my favorite offering all week.
It was my friend's birthday while we were there. Our travel agent had arranged for Champagne and cake to be brought up to the room while we were out to dinner. Such a wonderful added touch. Our beds were turned down and we had some comfy slippers waiting for us. We weren't quite ready for our champagne and cake, so they brought up a small refrigerator for us!
The bathtub was exquisite, and the included toiletries were quite nice. Really appreciated the frosted glass water closet for the toilet so that people could share the bathroom at the same time.
The bedding was luxurious and included of all softness levels, which was greatly appreciated.
All of the staff was excellent, including the woman at the front desk who had just started. We felt very well taken care of the entire time we were there.
Stayed here many times. Love the location for closeness to the TD Garden and the North End.
It’s nice
Hidden fees I got charged 100 for incidentals and charged 80 extra at 6 am for commissions I don’t understand but need that 180 dollars extra by booking
Good breakfast for a hotel
Room to close to the main desk
Awesome location in Boston. Clean and quiet hotel with beautiful rooms and view. Cafe Amalfi is right there and we enjoyed morning lattes each day. The hotel is in the best location and is a quick walk to the Seaport, North End restaurants, and TD Garden and so much more!
