Friendly staff, great location, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Loved the robes, the view, and the drinks and crab cake at the bar were amazing. Favorite hotel in Boston so far and I would love to come back
Nothing dislike really but there was no fridge in the room. It looked like the empty cabinet to the left of the tv had one so maybe it broke? Didn’t end up needing one but would have been good to have :)
Location
Nothing
It’s nice
Hidden fees I got charged 100 for incidentals and charged 80 extra at 6 am for commissions I don’t understand but need that 180 dollars extra by booking
Stayed here many times. Love the location for closeness to the TD Garden and the North End.
Good breakfast for a hotel
Room to close to the main desk
Breakfast was good. Large portions and reasonably priced. We did not get breakfast included in our package.
Doors are a bit thin. We could hear people talking as they were walking by the corridor, but overall the hotel was quiet.
It was very good. I thought it was reasonably priced.
The bar closed at 9:30 p.m. Would have been nice to get a drink or a snack.
We love staying in the North End and having the relaxing quiet walk out to the Warf after we've explored. Showers are great and the bed is comfortable. Rooms are a great size!
We've stayed a bunch of times and I still feel like I don't know if we have access to a gym and how to get there. Just a funky layout! Also I always forget to ask for a fridge (totally my bad!) because the first time we stayed there was one in the room. Nothing major just makes the experience a little less!
Peace and quiet. Dead end Street
coffee maker
Location, comfort and value.
Nothing really. Would be nice if the suites had a whine bottle cork screw.
ALL staff was friendly and helpful, reception and valet. Great location, great rooms, bed and bathroom.
Location, relative price for area
Parking expensive
Location
Told we had been upgraded to a room with a water view! The window area was blocked by shrubbery
They charged us a $100 fee for our 12 pound dog… For one night. Very (too) expensive.
If you’d like to sleep with bugs crawling up the walls, this is the place for you
