Líbila se mi recepce. Personál na recepci byl profesionální a příjemný. Parkování osobního automobilu jsem velice ocenil.

Cons:

Sprcha tekla buď studená nebo velice horká. Světla svítila Buď u postele spolu s chodbou nebo nesvítila vůbec. Když jsem si chtěl nabít telefon, zpočátku zásuvka fungovala. V noci jsem náhodou zjistil, že již zásuvka nefunguje a telefon se nenabíjí.
Ne že bych na tom nějak bazíroval, ale u snídaně mi tekla místo džusu pouze voda.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage, saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Nur der Frühstücksraum war etwas eng und laut.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super, direkt gegenüber der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett angenehm bequem. Besonders gut hat uns auch das Frühstück gefallen. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich, lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war leider etwas eng und ziemlich laut. Mit einfachen akustischen Maßnahmen ließe sich die Raumakustik sicherlich verbessern und eine angenehmere Atmosphäre schaffen.

Nice hotel, unfortunately overshadowed by an extremely unpleasant experience with the receptionist.

The hotel itself was very good, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, our positive impression was overshadowed by an extremely unpleasant experience during check-in.

The receptionist, named Marien, was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful. When we asked about the hotel's facilities, particularly the gym and sauna, she was unable to provide any information and instead responded in a rude, irritated, and dismissive manner. To make matters worse, she eventually slammed our room key cards onto the counter without saying a word.

The reception is the first point of contact and plays a crucial role in shaping a guest's first impression. Unfortunately, this negative experience stayed with us throughout our stay. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry and does not reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

It's a real shame, as the hotel would have deserved an excellent review if it hadn't been for this experience.

Ein Hotel in toller Lage, welches wenig Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöner Blick über Pilsen, außerordentlich gutes Frühstück. Bequeme Betten
gute Parkmöglichkeiten / großer Parkplatz und Garage.

Cons:

Badewanne - keine ebenerdige Dusche.
Nur eine Ladesäule für Elektroautos, welche sehr frequentiert ist.
